Chapter Sixteen

*Cameron's POV*

"I love you Cameron. I really need to tell you my life story. It's crazy, but I want you to know me. I want you to know me better than anyone else. I want you to wake up." I heard Amanda say.

I didn't want her to know that I was awake because I was too overwhelmed right now. I think I'll wait a few hours, but I want to look into her beautiful eyes and hear her life story.

"Amanda." I croaked.

"Yeah?" She looked at me as she heard my voice.

"I...Want..To..Hear." I struggled to get the words together in a sentence. Let alone out of my mouth.

"Okay, okay." She smiled.

"Where do I start?" She asked herself.

"Well, okay. My name is Amanda Karsin Greene and I'm currently eighteen years old. I grew up in Denver and I've never left there until I ran away. I am, well was, parented by Carson Elijah Greene and Evelyn Mila Greene. My dad has been in the military since I was five. I have only three, now two friends, that I really trust and that is Jake and Vanessa. I have a lot of good friends, but not as close as them. I've had about three or four boyfriends in my lifetime. My favorite color is purple. My favorite food is doughnuts. I love to make YouTube videos. My favorite sport is volleyball. I love making people smile. I have a bad history with drugs. Austin has raped me twice and made a third attempt. I ran away because of him. There really isn't that much. But I'm glad that you were the person that I thought of when I needed somewhere to go. I really like you. I am so glad that you're okay too." Amanda smiled at me.

I took her hand and rubbed my thumb over the top.

"You...A-" I stopped and my heartbeat started going down.

"No, no, no, no!" Amanda ran out into the hall and started yelling. "We need the doctor in here! His heart rate is going down really fast. Please help!" She cried.

The last words I heard were, "I'm sorry, but you're going to have to get out."
