5 months. 5 months since you'd said yes to the blue eyed boy. 5 months today, to be exact.
Daniel took anniversaries seriously. For your one month, he took you to dinner. For your second month you went bowling. For your third month, you met his parents. For the fourth month you stayed at his house and watched Netflix for hours.
So when he didn't call you this morning, you became skeptical. As you were thinking about it, your phone buzzed next to you. You looked down to find a text message from your lovely boyfriend.

You typed back a short reply before fixing your shirt. You didn't look amazing but you figured you didn't have to. You slipped on your checkered vans, grabbed your keys and walked out of the house.

You knocked on your boyfriend's front door. When it opens, you expect to see your boyfriend. Instead, you see his best friend, Jonah, with a bunch of sunflowers.
"What is this?" You question, looking at the dark haired boy. He doesn't say anything. He just hands you the flowers. You find a little note tucked inside. You take it out, open it, and read it.

"I'll take the flowers and put them in water, if you want. You'll be out for a while," He laughs. You nod and give him the flowers back before turning around and going to your car.

Outside Starbucks, Jack Avery stands with a different bunch of flowers. You walk up to him as he holds out the white daisies. You take them and find a note hidden in the middle. You open it and read it.

I know, I know. You hate daisies. But, and call me a nerd for remembering this, when we met, the flower pot was filled with them. I remember you sticking your nose up at them. You complained. When I saw you walk by, I couldn't help but stare. Which is why I know you stuck your nose up. You were just so beautiful. So breath taking. And daisies are tiny. Like you.

When you open the door to your house, the lights are off. The only light comes from a candle lit table. You could see 5 figures standing around it.
You listen as the 5 boys start singing their song, I Depend on You. When they finish, Daniel hands you a bouquet of roses.
You take the note out and read it.
