Conan shot the devaint moments before it could fully cut into Connor's neck. It's body droped to the ground and Connor steped back and just stared at it. He appeared somewhat panicked and confused. His LED glowed bright red and he was visibly shaking. Looking closer Conan could see that the emotion of fear was portrayed on his face. Conan was told that androids were not supposed to feel emotions.
"Connor?" He asked, "Is something wrong?"
He looked up at Conan and spoke with a quivering voice, "I-I was c-connected to it's memory. W-when you fired... I felt it die. Like I was dying. I was..." Connor stopped and looked down at the deviant, going went quiet.
"You were what?" Conan
"...nothing," he replied, not wanting Conan to know the he felt scared.
"Did you see anything when you probed it's momory?" Conan asked, eager to get back on track.
"I saw a symbol. It was repeated a lot. It was drawn on diferent buildings. I think it may have been leading somewhere but I don't know where."
Their investigation was finished so the two androids headed back to Cyberlife. They were silent the whole way back.
