A Vampire's Desire

Chapter 2 } Findings

Jimin wakes up with a huge migraine. He looks around and sees that he's laying on a bed that is not his.

"Hello dear, how are you feeling this evening?" A nurse that was pale came in she looked like she was about in her late 40's.

"I...I'm okay..." Jimin replies to the nurse as she stares at him giving him a sweet smile.

"I assume you remember what happened yesterday?" The nurse asked making sure he was aware of the reason he ended up in the hospital bed.

"Yeah, I remember." Then all of a sudden he remembers he way the girl looked like...
"She didn't make it did she?...." He looks down as he asked the nurse.

"No...." She knew who he was asking for since it was confirmed he was in the woods with her at the time.

All Jimin could do was regret going into the woods knowing what the outcome was.

"The queen would like to let you know that you are banned from coming to the upcoming ceremony." The nurse stated.

Jimin sighed.

While Jimin was asleep on the hospital bed he felt something brush against his arm.

He didn't bother waking up thinking it was the wind blowing the curtain. He turned to his left side and began to fall into his slumber again.

30 minutes later he heard a something fall causing him to wake up and look at the direction the sound came from.

When he looks he sees what looks like a female figure walking away as he long black dress dragged behind her.
He could hear the sound of her heels faint as she walked down the hall.

His curiosity got the best of him as he got out of the bed, but soon fell to the fall as he remembered he had sprained his ankle during the fall.

But that didn't stop him as he got up and poked his head out peeking to the hall down the right as he saw the female turned down the right.

When he looked at the room across from him he saw a wheel chair and decided to use it knowing it would quicker to find out who the woman is and why she's the only one walking around this late at night.

As he turned the same direction the female went he saw a dark crimson jewel on the floor, thinking it was the woman's he called out to her.
"Hey! You dropped something!"

She stopped walking but she didn't bother to face him.

She could hear him getting closer....

He tapped the side of her arm to gain her attention.

"Miss..." He froze in his spot as he saw who was standing in front of him.

"Y-You...." He quickly turned his wheel chair around trying to make the wheels turn quicker as he yelled out "VAMPIRE!".

Nobody payed attention as Jimin could hear the vampire's heels getting closer even though the vampire was walking.

Jimin quickly closed the door to his room as he looked down at the jewel.
She definitely will want to get this back...Jimin thought to himself.

Jimin was too frightened to return it so he decided to keep it until he was able to safely give it back to the vampire.

He heard her heels again but this time they stopped and he knew she was in front of his room.

He heard a loud piercing sound which caused him to cover his ears with his hands.

The vampire continued to graze her nails against the door.

"Please stop! Leave me alone!" Yelled out Jimin to the vampire.

"Give me back what's mine, little boy...Or your done." Spoke the vampire.

"I-I can't! I'm scared you'll do something! Do you really think I'll believe that you won't harm me?!" Yelled out Jimin.

The scratching stopped. It was silent for a brief moment until the vampire spoke.

"And what makes you think I can't harm you now....The same way I did to that girl....LITTLE BOY!" The vampire called out those last two words as she broke down the door.

"P-Please leave me alone!" Yelled Jimin as he put up his arms to shield himself.

But there was no reply......No sound......Just utter silence...

Jimin slowly put his hand down as he saw nothing but a broken down door.

He looked down and on his lap was the jewel.
When he looked down in front of himself he saw a little note.

You have 24 hours to return what belongs to me by midnight. If not I will hunt you down and tear you limb by limb right after I've drained all the blood from your body. You are not allowed to tell no one, if you do then you know what will happen.

I sighed thinking what would of made her not kill me this very moment. Why is she making me return it when she could've of gotten it herself...I think she might be planning something and I don't have a good feeling about whatever it is.

I sat on my old chair as I thought whether the boy would come. Either way he will get killed.

Some many secrets are being hidden from that boy. The queen will give me what I want as I will have her son that she left for someone else to take care of during the war between my people and her filthy humans.

Soon I will have everything I've yearned for after all these ungrateful years.

I shall have no mercy towards the queen what she has done is unforgivable and unforgettable.

Everyone has to pay a price.....And so does the queen.

Both for ruining a great friendship between humans and vampires.......And let's not forget for murdering me after all I gave her.

I gave her the throne she has today I have her all she desired and that was how she decided to pay me back.....She didn't really think that she could get away with these kind of things now did she.

Now all I have to do is wait....
