Chapter 18 } One's Revenge

I couldn't stand seeing him in my throne. Every time I had to run an errand I heard them, they were so fucking loud I can't stand it! It makes me want to pull off all the hairs on my head out of my scalp! I swear I'll get them both back...So bad...Especially Stephen...

"Good morning." Stephen said smiling at me as I opened my eyes looking at him.

"Good morning to you too." I said returning the same friendly smile.

"I got notified that there's been a dead body found." Stephen said while frowning.

"Do you who know who it may be?" I asked him curious.

"It was Leonardo..." He said with a sympathetic tone.

"What?!" I shouted in shock. "No! Who would do such a terrible thing!" I shouted pissed off at the bad news that I've just received.

"Tell all the guards to secure the palace and I want every vampire every human at the center of the town." I said. "Nobody gets away with such immoral behavior." I said as my eyes darkened.

"Of course." Stephen said not saying nothing more as he walked out and went to notify everybody.

"AS YOU ALL MAY HAVE HEARD ONE OF MY HONORED MEN HAVE DIED! I SEND MY CONDOLENCES TO HIS LOVED ONES! I WILL SERVE JUSTICE TO HIM AND HIS FAMILY! I PROMISE TO AVENGE HIS DEATH! ANYONE WHO THINKS THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH MURDER YOU ARE COMPLETELY WRONG! I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND I WILL FIND YOU...ONCE I FIND YOU I WILL CRUSH YOU!" I shouted for everyone to hear with dark gazing eyes as I scanned the whole crowd in a way to let everyone know that they are all suspects.

I see Jimin standing there looking unbothered as if no one will do such things.

I look at him and sense that he is a target.
"Jimin....Follow me." I said as I walked past him signaling for him to follow me.

As I lead him through the castle to the garden I could feel his hard gaze at my body.

I stop to a halt as soon as I reach a nice isolated area with a bench in the garden I sit down and face Jimin gesturing for him to take a seat.

All he did was just smirk at me with cold and lifeless eyes.
"Finally you have decided to make me king again? As Stephen is king he shouldn't let such a thing happen. I don't ever remember when I was the king that there was a dead soldier...." He said in a tone so cold that it could give you chills, but I am no fool.

"I know what you did. You won't get away with it. You lie that's what you do, from now on you are a stray. You are no longer part of this kingdom any sight of you near the castle or villages and you will be beheaded." I said as I had enough of him causing havoc in my kingdom that I've worked very hard for me.

He frowned as he stood up making me tilt my head a bit upwards to maintain eye contact with him.

"What did you just say to me?" He said clenching his jaw in anger and resentment.

"Don't speak to me in such a tone you STRAY." Saying those words to him made his stomach churn in disgust, but being called something he hates made him go insane.

He grabbed me by the throat as he slammed me against a near by tree. "WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME?!" He shouted with all his might.

But I kept my composure not letting him get what he wants from me which was fear.

"Get your hands off me." I said calmly as the calmness in my voice made him squeeze tighter onto my neck causing immense pain.

"Let-...GO!" I shouted my last word as I felt something grab me from both of my sides.

Jimin backs away with a big satisfied smile. I look at both sides to see who is holding me back and I see it was two females the maid which he fucked and.......his crush.....

Impossible! Did he revive her?! I killed her years ago!
I was dumbfounded, but at least I will be able to kill both of them with just my bare hands.

As I was about to yank my arms away I felt a huge chain weighing my arms down. I looked to see chains that were used on vampires by vampire hunters.

"Get these off me!" I screamed, but mostly towards Jimin who is standing there with an obnoxious grin that I once used to crave for.

"Now I wonder what the kingdom would do to see that their beloved queen has been kidnapped and held hostage or should I say what would Stephen do?" He said as he walked closer to me. But he didn't make it too close as both the maid and his once dead crush fell to the floor dead.

"I'm one step ahead of you...And I'll always be one step ahead of you." Stephen said with so much hate.

Before Jimin could make a run for it he was captured and held back by the same chains that were holding me down.

"Release me this instant!" Jimin shouted.

"You should know your place stray you know what happens once you come in here without consent." Stephen said smirking evilly at Jimin as the guards went to remove the chains from me.

I walked up to Jimin and gave him the hardest slap I could muster leaving the shape of my hand to be imprinted on his face for a while.
