A Vampire's Desire

Chapter 9 } Dead Memories

Jimin and I were out in the woods hunting since I spent weeks teaching him how to decently kill a human and how to hide and pounce, but of course it would take a long time for Jimin to perfect the craft of hunting like a vampire.

I sat in my usual tree as I spotted to boys around the ages of seventeen to eighteen.
One is pure and one is not.

I decided to not let myself get at the pure one nor the other one. I wanted to see how well Jimin is able to hunt after all the teaching.

I smell Jimin's scent which leads me to a tree from across mine and five trees down from me. I see him getting ready to get the fresh sack of blood as it was jogging pass a few trees from his friend.

The boy stopped right in front of the tree Jimin was in and told his other friend to catch up. Right when Jimin almost had the boy, his friend caught up and pulled him away from the tree as they began to walk towards mine.

"You know about the legend that a vampire queen uses this tree to bring up her prey and devour them and then lets their body drop so she could watch as their dead body hits the hard ground?" Said the pure boy.

"Yeah that's so cool, I wanna be a vampire and suck other people's blood!" The non innocent one replied while wiggling his fingers to indicate how creepy it is.

"You would actually want to got through that to become a monster?" The innocent boy asked.

"Yeah who knows I can become king and get to fuck the vampire queen and rule the kingdom! That queen will bow down to her knees as I get to do what ever I want with her and this kingdom!" Said the non pure teen angering Jimin about the way he was talking about being king let alone talking about his queen and kingdom in that manner.

Jimin broke off a tree branch and tried his best to make the end sharp, but when he broke it the boy's attention were on the tree that was almost at the very end.

"Yo! Let's check that out!" Said the un-pure boy cheerfully. While the pure boy slowly walked to his left side to get a view from the tree, but what he didn't know was that he was standing right in front of my tree.

"I don't think my dad would be happy about this so let's just leave." Said the pure kid.

"Your the queens child for crying out loud! You can do basically whatever you want!" Said the other boy.

Wait. They had a child together?....Why does it hurt me so bad. Maybe because I still love that man that betrayed me and killed me. I remember all the memories we had together how he took me on a cute little picnic and confessed his love for me, how we spent all of our time together, the way he would kiss me, touch me.....Until I saw him fucking that slut of a queen one night. It was supposed to be our anniversary. He and that bitch planned the whole thing from the very beginning to crush me. I regret ever associating myself with them. When I stopped talking to him he told me he wanted to make it up to me so he brought me to these very woods and told me to turn around because he wanted to put a necklace on me I was kind of excited to see what it was until I felt something rough and thick wrapped tightly around my neck. I tried to pull it off but he had a secure grip and began to tight it putting pressure on me. Ever wondered what getting chocked to death  felt like well at first your fingers start to feel cold as your head feels like it is going to explode and your lungs feel like they are burning on fire from the inside as your eyes stick out from their eye socket do to the shock and you start to feel numb and that's when you black out and death consumes over you. Ever since I became what I am today I promised to ruin everyone and everything in their path one...By...One...Starting with their son.

A tear slipped down from my eye as it landed on their son's forehead making him look up and see me staring down at him with so much hate that it was inevitable.

His mouth opened wide as he was about to scream but I shoved my right hand down his throat while Jimin jumped on the other male and snapped his neck deciding to drink his blood since he wasn't completely un-pure.

I jumped down from the tree and grabbed him by the neck pushing him against the tree.

"I'm going to hang you from a tree right after I kill you the exact same way your disgusting father did to me." I said through my gritted teeth as I squeezed his throat.

He kept gasping for air, but that just made everything worse.

"Please!" He said as quickly as he could. "Let....Me....G-....." He wasn't able to finish his sentence, because he ran out of oxygen.

I backed away slowly as his body fell limply onto the cold hard ground. I took a rope as I decided to hang him on the tree right in front of the castle so that queen and her king can easily see their deceased child hanging from a tree.
How adorable.

It was pitch black out side as I hung up their dead son.
I can't wait to see their reaction.

As I got back I see Jimin sitting there not looking too happy.

"What was up with you?" He said in a cold tone.
"What do you mean?" I replied.
"You were thinking about him." He said looking down with a pained expression as a tear dropped down his right cheek.

"Don't worry about it Jimin, he is dead to me. I'm only focusing on you right now." I said as I sat next to him and tried to wipe his tear away but he abruptly stood up.

"Yeah, your focusing on me only for now but your not loving me!" He yelled the last two words.

I was surprised to hear him say that.
Am I hurting him? Does he love me?
