Step Into The Bad Side: I Miss My Mom

   As school goes on I continue to have the gut wrenching feeling of the thought that I'm going to see my mom. Just my mom.. not Lance or any other person.

  Before school started I told Lizzy about me meeting my mom and if anyone asked where I was to tell them that I'm dancing somewhere.

  The final bell sounded and I dashed off straight to my locker. Lizzy is supposedly stalling the guys for me so I can leave without being questioned.. or even followed by my over protective boyfriend and the guys. I love them for it because Frank and Alex are like the brothers I never had.

  I swiftly make it to my car without being noticed and I drive off to the In N Out burger we planned to meet at. When I seen her sitting and slurping on her drink I got up and ran towards her. We embraced each other and I believe we both smelled each other's hair.

  I pulled away slightly and gazed at her molten chocolate eyes. I felt like crying but I dont. "Mommy.. I missed you.." She smiles at me, "I miss you too hija. I'm sorry I hurt you so much. I'm gonna change, just so you can visit me. I need you in my life Maxxi.. you're my world hija.. my world."

  My smile grows wider but its soon broken with a confused look as my phone goes off.

  Incoming call: Lizzy

"Hey Liz, I'm with her now so I'll call you later."

"You're with who.. your mom? Maxxine.. I'm coming to get you.. where are you?" I did not want to hear my boyfriends voice.

"Daniel please.. just let me catch up with her. You don't understand, to be around someone for all 16-17 years of your life and then to all of a sudden be snatched away from them. Yes.. I was my decision but.. I do miss my mother.. and its only normal. Daniel please."

  He sighs and I can tell he's probably rubbing his temples,  "Sure.. but just tell me where you're at. I want to keep and eye on you." I run my hands through my hair there's no point in arguing with him. "I'll text it to you on your phone."

"Okay, love you and be careful please.. I'm on my way." I roll my eyes, "Yeah okay. Love you more. Bye." I hung up and texted him which In N Out burger to come to. My mom gestures for me to sit down and I do as I'm told.

  Truly,  2 minutes later I see Daniels sleek black car pull in and park a far distance from us. I can feel his electric blue eyes burning into my back. I turn to see him in his car watching intently. I turn back around to watch my mother eat nonchalantly.

  "So mom.. what's been going on?" She smiles and looks down at the beautiful yet awful engagement ring and smiles. "So I have some news for you..." She smiles at me and I try to smile but I know this has to do with Lance. "What is it?"

  She grins, "I'm pregnant.."

I know it's a shorty.. sorry.. I just been so busy with band and getting ready for school.. which starts next Thursday *sighs* anyways I hope yall enjoy. Love you all
