Step Into The Bad Side: Daddy Still Loves Mommy

I sit in the chair and glare at my dad, "Maxxine.. don't look at me like that. Anyway, your mother and I.. basically.." As he stammers over what he's trying to say I get frustrated, "Spit it out dad!" He sighs, "I never stopped loving her.. Maxxi, she broke my heart.. but I love Shana. That's it and that's all."

I just look at him, "So.. why the hell didn't you fight for her?" He blinks in shock, "Watch your mouth Maxxine.. I am your father.. not some random kid on the street. And why force her to do something she doesn't want to do. She didn't want to love me. So I left like she asked me to do. Maxxine, it wasn't easy. Lances' goons made sure I left that night."

I shake my head in understanding and look at him, "Daddy.. I want you and mom to be together.. anyways.. I need to visit mom again.. frequently."

"No.. not with Lance there." I look at him with pleading eyes, "Daddy.. Lizzy will be with me." He sighs, "Okay...but only if.. Uncle Shane comes too.. if he can't then no."

I shake my head yes and get up. On my way out my dad grabs my wrist, "Maxxi.. I swear I would've fought.. I love you princess." I smile and kiss his cheek, "Love you too daddy."

I walk out of his study and thought to myself.. I just don't understand.. how can he love someone that doesn't love him. I bump into someone on the way out and I rub my head since I hit Daniels hard chest, "Ouch.." He smiles and kisses me, "This is how it all started.. you bumping into me."

I look at him and smirk, "Maybe you bumped into me.." He chuckles and grabs me by the waist, "Too bad I was already standing there.. you were to busy reading on your phone.. yeah.. yeah.. I'm right." I roll my eyes and smirk, "That's a rare thing.. ya know.. you being right."

He raises his eye brows at me, "Oh really?" I smirked and traced my finger over his chest, "...really." He picks me up and tosses me over his shoulder, "Daniel put me the hell down!" My dad peeks out of his study, "Language!" I giggle, "Sorry daddy."

Daniel takes me down stairs and throws me on the couch. We both look over to the other couch slowly and see Frank and Lizzy making out.. okay..um. "Lizzy!" She looks at me like 'bro.. really' I stare at her, "There's so many guest rooms.. and you two choose the living room. Honestly."

We all sit down and turn on Netflix. While watching Orange is the new black, Alex comes out of nowhere with the bimbo. She looks around and greets everyone except for Lizzy and I. Are you kidding me? I chuckle softly and I can hear Danny say oh boy under his breath, "Oh Alex.. it doesn't have manners huh?"

Mikahla scoffs and stares at me, "My mother taught me to not speak to people like you. Your kind are bad influences.. your mother probably taught you how to go down on a guy.." Lizzy and I both try to jump up but Frank holds Lizzy down while Daniel holds me.

Alex looks at Mikahla and whispers to her, "Keep acting like that.. you'll have to find a way home.. soon.. and I know girls like you can't handle riding the bus or a taxi.. so calm your ass down and stop acting like Paris Hilton. Now apologize to my best friend. "

She looks down, "Sorry Maxxine." I roll my eyes, "Not going to accept it.. you come into my house and disrespect me.. then talk about my mom.. are you that dumb. My mom told me to keep my distance from people like you.. people who can't count to 1 and are given the Golden spoon at birth."

The room fell silent and I got up walking to my room saying, "Let me get away from her before I slap the taste out of her mouth." I look over my shoulder to see Daniel following me while Lizzy and Frank drink from their cup saying, "But that's none of my business though."

When I get to my room I fall on my bed and I see Daniel slouch against my door frame, "Maxxine.. you're really going to let that bimbo ruin your day?" I roll my eyes, "She talked about my mom.." He sits in the fuzzy hand chair and looks at me, "So? She talked about your mom.. Franks mom always told me to expect people to talk about you because they talked about Jesus."

I looked at him, "I didn't know you were a religious guy?" He smirks, "I watch church on t.v if that counts?" I smile at him, "Of course that counts." He lays beside me on my bed and holds me, "Baby.. you need to expect people to talk.. it happens. You can't fight every single fight for your mom. And not fighting doesn't mean you love her less.. it means you love her more because you don't care what they say about her, cause she's your mom.. and yes she has her problems but she's one hell of a mother."

I kiss his cheek, "How do you know exactly what to say?" He quickly responds, "Magazines." We both laugh, "No seriously.. magazines tell me everything." I shake my head then rest in his arms for a while.

Night came fast and Daniel woke me up to say bye to everyone. I guess he woke up before me and had someone take him to get his car and some clothes. I say bye to Frank, Alex, and Lizzy, telling them that I'll see them tomorrow at school.

Daniel and I prepare for bed. I get out of the shower and go to my room to see a beautiful Daniel.. only wrapped in a towel waist down. He smirks and I shake my head no, "We can't... my dad." He nods yes and then throws some clothes on. I put a fall off of the shoulder big t-shirt on then look at my wavy hair fall past my shoulders. I shrug my shoulders then slip in bed beside Daniel.

"Love you princess. Good night." I smile and kiss his chest, "Love you too Danny, night baby." We soon fall into a blissful slumber while dreading the fact we have school tomorrow.

My alarm clock blares fiesta music at 6 am and I sigh so hard. I get up to turn it off and sigh again. Daniel is snoring like a mad man and I throw a pillow at him. He stirs and yawns. I swear my face drops and I sigh again and jump on him, "Maxxineee" I laugh, "Dannyyy.. you need to wake up." He sighs and slips out of the bed. I go to my bathroom with Daniel to clean myself. Daniel stares at me the whole time. I raise an eye brow at him, "Problem, or nah?"

He mugs me, "Nah bruh." I hit him, "I'm not your bruh." He wraps his arms around me and kisses my cheek continuously, "You're right.. you're my baby that snores like a grown ass man." My face drops and I move out of his grip and head back to my room. He grabs my arm and spins me around while laughing, "You know I'm kidding right?"

"No.. I dont." He kisses me, "You don't make a peep when your sleeping.. unless you're dreaming about me of course. It was one time you moaned Oh Danielllll.. yeah like that baby." I look at him trying to destroy him with my eyes. "Whatever. I remember that dream though. It was terrible." He smirks, "Not from the sound of it babe."

We both get dressed and he looks so sexy.. oh my.. he's wearing some boot cut Levis with a black short sleeved t-shirt. Omg he's wearing timbs..

My phone chimes and I check it out

Madré: Hey sweetheart.. I truly miss you and I hope you have a wonderful day at school. I would love to apologize to you.. how about we meet somewhere after school? Love you maxxi.

"Who's that?" I clear my throat and scratch my head awkwardly, "Oh it's just Liz.." He nods his head okay and grabs his bag, "Meet ya downstairs baby."

Me: Of course ma.. how about In N Out?

Madré: Sure honey. See ya there!

I delete the messages, grab my bag, and head out. I need to talk to Liz..
