Life without Shawn is low key boring. There's nothing to do, nothing to see. I can't even annoy him.

What if I spontaneously bought a house? Lmao no.

What if I go bald? Nah!

What if I dyed my hair? I think yes!

I grab my keys and bag and drive down to Walmart.

I've always wanted to change the color of my hair. Don't get me wrong, I love my brunette hair, I just want something different.

I grab the box with a picture of a blonde. Obviously i made sure it had bleach in it. If I don't bleach my hair before, it'll just be orange blonde. Not cute.

An hour later, my hair was wrapped in a grocery bag. I was just waiting for the dye to settle so I could wash my hair.

Once it did, I straightened it with the hairdryer so it wouldn't damage my hair too much.

Not to toot my own horn but I looked good.

In this moment right here right now, I was feeling myself. I looked bomb af.

I walked over to my mirror and took a selfie.

By any chance do you remember what you said last night?

Shawn:
No why? What did I say? Is it embarrassing?

Jacklyn:
You just said you weren't allowed to talk to me anymore

Shawn:
Oh I don't care though, okay?

Jacklyn:
Okay

Shawn:
You got us sounding like we're in the fault in our stars

Jacklyn:
Will you get in trouble for talking to me though?

Shawn:
Possibly, if Andrew finds out. For now you're just Mom in my contacts.

Jacklyn:

But anyways, back to your hair, you look hot

What if I dated her for real? People would say I found my soulmate! Or that we're meant for each other.

"Andrew, do we have any plans for today?"
"No, not till next week. Why?"
"Just thought I'd go to Texas."
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because Jacklyn is there and we don't want you around her anymore. Forget about the girl!"
"But I'm not going to Dallas, I'm going to Houston. You know party for a bit. Meet new people."
"I guess that would be okay. If I catch a picture of you in Dallas, you're gonna be in a lot of trouble."
"Yes dad."

Andrew rolls his eyes and smile.

With his permission, I pack my bags and head south.

What will I do though? What will I say to her? What if she's not even home? Oh my God What if she got back together with Jake?!

Calm down Shawn, calm down.

I go up to the airport lady and ask for one ticket to Dallas. After all, if a picture of me is taken on the plane, I'll just tell Andrew I'm taking the DFW airport to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

I hope Jackie's surprised. I hope she's happy to see me.
