Chapter 24

Justin's P.O.V.

I sighed as the person approached me, "Hey Justy"

"Hey" I said, as the brunette came to give me hug.

She pulled away, and sat in front of me.

"I missed you" she said.

"We hung out all day yesterday" I stated.

"I know, but I still missed you" she said.

"Why did you want to meet here, I thought we were going to dinner tonight?" she asked me.

"Well I thought that it would be nice to have lunch instead" I grinned, and she held a frown, but it quickly vanished as soon as someone came to take our orders.

"Good afternoon, what may I get you guys to drink" a fiery red head came toward us, and asked.

"Uh I'll get a coke please" I politely stated and the waitress nodded.

"How about you ma'am" she asked Selena.

"I'll have a water" Selena said smiling giving real big.

The waitress nodded, and went to get out drinks.

My phone begun buzzing in my pocket, so I pulled it out and answered it.

"Hello" I said.

"Hey it's Airika. Scooter told me to tell you, that you need to call him now" she said blandly through the phone.

"Well I haven't talked to you in awhile how've you been?" I asked.

She sighed,"Just call Scooter, and don't worry about it" she said, and hung up.

"Who was that?" Selena asked me.

"Oh that was Airika" I said.

The waitress came over, and have us our drinks.

"Ready to order?" she chirped taking out her notepad getting ready to write.

"I'll have the spaghetti" I said, and she nodded taking my menu.

"A salad is fine" Selena told her handing the menu over as well. The waitress nodded then left.

"So who's Airika?" Selena asked me while she was messing with the straw in her drink.

"A new solo artist. I've known her for almost a year now. I'm also her mentor" I explained, and Selena raised an eyebrow at me.

"You're her mentor?" quickly nodding I took a sip from my drink.

"Is she nice?" she asked.

"I mean yeah eh I guess. She's a smartass to say the least, but she's cool once you get to meet her and hangout" I said with a smile.

Selena had a blank expression on her face.

"Why'd she call you?" I sighed.

"She said Scooter needed me to call him" Selena looked confused.

"So she called you to tell you to call someone else when they could have just called you in the first place instead of her calling you?" she stated, and I nodded.

"Yeah I guess" The waitress came over with our food, and handed it to us. We thanked her, and payed the bill already.

We dug into our food, as a nice quietness crept over us. I was enjoying it, until Selena spoke up.

"Justin?" she asked, and I looked up with a mouth full of spaghetti.

"Yeah" I said, and she chuckled, pulling a middle from my lips.
