Part 6

"Knock knock." I heard someone call from my bedroom door. I opened it, to see Aston stood on the other side, biting his lip.

"Hey. Did CJ let you in?" I asked, realising I must have not heard the doorbell.

"Yeah, because your def!" Ast laughed, sitting himself on my bed. "How long am I going to need to wait for you now?" He joked.

"Erm, literally 20 seconds." I smiled, picking up my phone and money, shoving them in my bag. "Ready."

"Oh, well that's a change!" Ast smiled, standing up. "Leggo!"

We walked into Megs house fifteen minutes later, to a room full of people. I smiled, seeing AJ and Meg in the corner of the room together, AJ's arm around Meg.

"Hey guys!" I smiled, walking over to them.

"Hey!" Meg replied. "Nice to see Ast has his party sidekick back to walk him to parties!"

"I know. No more lonely walks for me!" Ast laughed, giving AJ their usual handshake. "Where's Scott?"

"He's with Rach somewhere." AJ replied, starting to laugh.

"Something going off?" I laughed, deciding the two of them don't really match.

"Naa, he was going to bribe her to ring her brother to get some alcohol." AJ replied.

"That will never work. Rach never asks her brother for anything! The don't get on, do they?" I asked.

"Nope. Never did, never will!" Ast told me. AJ turned to Meg, looking her in the eye.

"I think there's something going off here. Maybe we ought to leave them to it!" I laughed to Ast.

"Yeah. We'll see you in a bit.. when you've finished!" Ast laughed, turning and walking into the kitchen with me.

"Liv, Ast!" I heard Rach exclaim behind me.

"Hey babes!" I smiled, hugging her. "I see AJ and Meg are fully back on!"

"Ergh, you seen them at it too then?" Rach moaned.

"Well, we walked away before we had to!" I giggled. We started talking, catching up, before Meg joined us.

"Oh, you've come up for air!" Rach laughed at her.

"Hello to you to!" Meg laughed.

"Well, It's not the nicest sight to walk in your front door to!" Rach smiled, opening up a can of coke.

"I suppose not. But thanks Livi. You made me realise I was being stupid!" Meg smiled.

"Ahh, no worries! It's my job around here!" I laughed, drinking from the can of coke Rach just opened.

"So who's job is it going to be to sort you out then?" Meg laughed.

"I don't need anyone sorting my love life out, thanks! I don't need a boyfriend just yet." I exclaimed.

"Not even Aston?" Rach asked. I spat my drink over the floor, amazed at her question.

"Er no." I replied bluntly. "He's not my type."

"He's sure not gonna be happy about that!" Meg giggled.

"What? Why?" I asked, confused.

"Well all this party, and all your party, he's been eyeing you up. And I thought you knew, and were egging him on!" Rach spoke.

"What? No he hasn't! And why would I be egging him on?" I asked, still confused at their thoughts.

"Yeah, he has! And you've been wearing very short dresses, and flirting!" Meg smiled nudging me.
