Beep. Beep. Beeeep. BEEP
"I hear you!" I smack the alarm clock with my limp arm, beep. Beep. "I said shut up." I flip the covers off me, and give the alarm clock another good smack. I rub my eyes and check the time. 6:30 a.m thanks Vanessa for changing my alarm clock. I sit up and put my feet in my slippers, and stumble across the room to my closet. Trying the best I can to dodge all the clothes left on the floor from last night, Vanessa was trying to figure out my outfit. I dig through my closet trying to find my doctor's uniform, and my white sneakers.
Come on where are you!? I slowly stand up and walk over the my dresser, I pull out the top drawer and begin to dig. This seriously isn't funny anymore! I look up to see Vanessa standing in the doorway, with my uniform in her hand. I walk over to her, casually picking up all the strands of clothes left on the floor.
"It was in the dryer dummy." Vanessa tossed the clothes on my bed. "You look like you were up all night."
"Maye because that stupid guy I went out with last night kept insisting, I watch one more movie!" I agressivly poked Vanessa's arm and said. "Because somebody didn't answer their phone to come pick me up. Since somebody borrowed my car, because it was so important to go to Brandy Melville for a sale".
"Hey! You know how important sales, and Brandy Melville is to me." Vanessa placed her hand on her hip. "Plus talking on the phone while driving is illegal."
"I would have paid the ticket" Vanessa laughed.
"Really that bad. John seemed nice" She said letting out a laugh.
" 'Really Bad' is putting it mildly."
"Wow I'm sorry." Vanessa checked her phone and jumped up. "It's your turn to get coffee this morning. Go get ready!" Vanessa threw my clothes at my face, and pushed me into the bathroom.
The bathroom was a complete and total mess, but it always is after Vanessa uses it. Even when we were little, she would leave glitter all over the bathroom, her mom would pick her up. Then I would be left with the mess to clean up. Now it's not glitter, its mascara, foundation, and failed attempts of fake eyelashes. Our counter is so filled with makeup I can't even find a pace to put my hairbrush, and no I am not over exaggerating! I think it maybe time for vanessa to get a kart for all her makeup! Who even needs this much? I bet haf the bottles of foundation are empty, or not her color. On top of makeup filled counters, the sink has a layer of hair! Vanessa does so many different hairstyles in the morning, I'm honestly shocked she isn't bald. She has the most thick blond hair you've ever seen, but with the amount of hair she losses I don't see how. She always blames the sink on me, but I have dark brown hair. I slide Vanessa's makeup and perfumes aside, and dig around in the drawers to find the flatiron. Of course Vanessa moved it, she always looks on Pinterest for better bathroom organization. She hasn't been doing a very good job, you still can't see the countertops.
"Vanessa!"
"What do you want Maddie!" I hear Vanessa's footsteps grow closer.
"Get in here!"
Vanessa stomps in and throws her hands in the hair, "What do you want?"
"Um, maybe the flatiron you moved for the, I don't know sixtieth time!" I yell pointing my brush at her. "Not like I can find it in the mess of all your makeup."
Vanessa pushes me to the side, digging around in the drawers. She finally finds the cord and out comes the flatiron.
I grab the flatiron and clamp it in front of Vanessa's face. "Thank you."
