Chapter Four||Night Versus Ukyo!

Recap:

Night had revealed her costum beystadium and asked the group who wanted to battle her. After Xander volunteered, she quickly beat him with her new move. Flame Spin. Soon after, she began to battle Ukyo.

"Get 'im Crimson!" The two hit each other and flew back near the spikes. I grit my teeth.

"Come on! Speed up Crimson! More heat! More speed! More heat! More speed! Hurry, hurry, hurry!" Crimson was speeding and heating up. Unicrest went in for the attack. They hit and flew out of the stadium.

"Simultaneous ring out finish!" Xander yelled, "Second Battle!"

"3..! 2..! 1..!"

"Let it rip!" Crimson was already heated up and with the power of my launch, was ready for our new move.

"That's it! Flame Spin!" Flames enveloped Crimson.

"Alicorn Launch!" Ukyo's voice rang out with mine as our beys powered up and headed straight for one another.

"Simultaneous burst!" Xander's voice yelled out. I growled.

"How come I can't beat you?!" My voice was the loudest in the room of voices.

"I would like to know that as well." Stupid Ukyo! You're supposed to lose already!

"Third battle!" I got in position for a Demon Launch.

"3..! 2..! 1..!" Our voices all rang together.

"Let it rip!" My yell quickly turned into a growl as I released Crimson unto the slippery stadium.

"Alicorn Launch"

"Demon Launch!" Mine and Ukyo's voices melded together as we both yelled out. Crimson's spin turned counterclockwise as she attacked Unicrest with full speed. Unicrest dodged her before attacking, which Crimson paried with an attack that sent them both flying.

"Land, Crimson!" My hopes were soon shattered as both of the beys landed on the stadium, no longer spinning.

"Simultaneous survivor finish!"

"Oh, come on! We need to do something else! Me and Ukyo are equally matched!" Xander shrugged.

"Who else wants to battle with them? We can do a team battle royale." Wakiya and Shu both suggested they should join the two of us. I shrugged.

"Alright. We just need to see who will team with who." Xander spoke up quickly after I voiced my thought.

"Shu can be with you, Night. Wakiya will battle with Ukyo." The four of us nodded.

"Alright! Let's get this show on the road!" We got into position.

"3..! 2..! 1..!"

"Let it... rip!" Storm Spryzen, Wild Wyvron, Uber Unicrest, and Crimson Heart. All four of the beys sped through the stadium. Wyvron took the middle circle, as did Unicrest. Spryzen and Crimson circled around them.

"Let's do this, Spryzen! Upper Launch!" Spryzen hit Wyvron just as Wakiya yelled, "Counter Break!" Hitting Shu's bey just as hard as it had been attacked, Wyvron almost stopped spinning.

"Let's end this thing, Crimson! Powder Launch!" Quickly, the stadium was covered in what looked like a smoke screen.

"Now, Unicrest! Alicorn Launch!"

"Again, Crimson! Flame Spin!" Then all of the beys collided. Crimson bursted. As did the other three.

"What?!" How..? How could it always be simultaneous? Why can neither of us win?!

"One of you guys have got to win. It's getting to where I'm expecting a draw." Xander's voiced opinion made me bite my lip.

"I guess it means we are equally matched. How about this, neither of us use a certain launch. We just launch the bey, but no angling it. Just regular launching. Let's make it where they keep going in a circle. Then whoever stops first, loses." Ukyo has a point...

"That's a good idea, Ukie. Shuie, Wakie, you two can go back with the others. We've got this." Getting down on one knee, Ukyo and I prepared ourselves for what should be the final battle.

"Fifth battle!"

"3..! 2..! 1..!"

"Let it... rip!" Our beys hit the ground, although, this time, it would have no special powers. Just spinning around.

"Spinning~ Spinning~ We're all spinning~!" I began to sing as I spun round and round. Then I fell into Ukyo, and Ukyo tried, but failed to stay stabled, falling on Valt, who fell on my stadium and broke it.

"My beystadium!" Tears began falling from my eyes. Then I realized.

"Crimson!!!"

"Unicrest!" I threw Valt to the side to see the two beys laying down. Me and Ukyo both bent down and quickly grabbed our beys, putting them back together.

"I'm so sorry, Night!" Valt's loud voice rang out in my ears.

"It's okay." I smiled a fake smile. It's not okay... That beystadium is what brought me and my family and friends together. I don't know what I'll do now that it's gone...
