Dudes, this one kid is random. He legit loves playing beyblade and asks me to play. I'm just like, "Sure, whatever." Also, genderbent Ukyo?
Recap:
After having everyone settled in their respected places for sleeping, Night sneaks out of her house. She trains for three hours. When she is about to collapse from exhaustion, hands grab her wrists and she hears a voice. It was Ukyo, who had been watching her. He tried his hardest to get the sea foam haired girl to sleep, but left when she did not. Soon enough, Night falls asleep whilst thinking.
Once I woke up, I felt something soft covering me. I wearily sat up and rubbed my eyes, seeing a dark blue blanket over me.
"How'd that get there..?" I looked around the living room to see three of the group on the pullout couch. Looking around again, I saw Ukyo leaning against the wall, sound asleep. I giggled at the sight. Standing up, I walked over to the shadow walker, and gently picked him up. Hey, despite my small frame, I'm quite strong. I put him where I was sleeping at and covered him up.
"I should cook breakfast..." I walked to the kitchen, only to see Shu already in there, cooking.
"Hey, Shu. Mind if I help?"
"I don't mind. If anything, I'd accept the help." I nodded.
"Mk!" So, we then cooked up a feast! Just kidding. It was just your average breakfast for ten. Setting the table, Shu and I began to wake everyone up. It's just, before Shu could wake up Ukyo, I told him to stop.
"He stayed up all night with me. And unlike me, I bet he barely gets a good night's sleep with less than eight hours." Shu nodded and we all sat at the table.
"How well did you sleep, Night?" Xander asked. I moved my hands in a 'so-so' motion.
"The usual. On and off dreams, sometimes nightmares, all weird. Then all blank until I gain consciousness." The Shakedara boy nodded.
"As long as you got sleep."
"Mhmm." We all sat down and began to eat the food, making sure to save the sleeping shadow walker some. Once we had finished eating, I checked the time and quickly stood up.
"I'll be right back!" I rushed to my room and quickly took my shower and got dressed. As I was pulling my dress on, I heard the door open. I finished pulling the dress down when I looked at a flushed male.
"Well?" I asked, "Why are you just standing there, gawking? Get a move on!" His face burned a brighter red.
"Um, I just came in here to tell you thank you for saving some food." I nodded and responded, "It was no big deal. I knew you'd wake up later than the others. Now, move, move, move, move. I need to finish getting ready." The blue haired boy disappeared into the shadows as he left. I closed the door and finished getting dressed, hoping he did not see the blush I could feel. Leaving my room with a bag on my back, I looked at all the others.
"Anyone wanna go and train with me?" I asked them all a simple question, hoping none of them would say yes.
"I'm sorry, Night. I have to go help my mom and the twins with delivering the bread." Valt's excuse made sense. After all, his mom runs a bakery. I nodded and he left.
"I promised Yugo and Quon I train with them some." Xander quickly left.
"I have to go and do a show." Ken used Besu to say his excuse before leaving.
"I told Ryota I'd spend the day with him." Daigo also left. Soon, eight people had left my house through the door.
"Alright, Ukie, what is it?" Ukyo showed up, his face tinted a light pink.
"I'm sorry for not knocking first before I entered you room." I felt my face heat up, remembering the incident.
"It's okay. You know to knock first now, though! Anyway, if you want, you can come and train with me." His face looked as red as mine felt.
"Yeah... Ok..."
"Onwards to the bey park!" Then we left my house, locking the door. Not gonna make the same mistake twice!
