The next day i awoke to a pair of silver eyes staring straight at me,I jumped up and looked in front of me.There stood Laughing jack with the same grin on his face,”hey kiddo,time to get up”he said,”You nearly gave me a heart attack”i said trying to catch my breath.He just stared at me and started to chuckle then pulled me out of bed,he started dragging me towards the door.”Wait,where are you taking me?!”I asked as i tried to pull away from him.”I’m taking you to meet everyone else”he replied,”Do you mean the other proxies?”i asked.He put me down,”Not all of us are his proxies”he said,i looked at him kinda confused.”Are you one of his proxies?”i asked him,he scoffed at first then answered”No,i don’t work for him or anyone”he said.We went downstairs where new and familiar faces greeted us.”Good Morning Absentia”the operator somehow said to me,”Good morning”i replied.Masky was standing next to someone in a yellow hoodie and black mask.”Hey brian,hey Tim”Laughing jack said,”Don’t call us that”masky replied.”Absentia,the new faces you see today are my Proxies”the operator said,i looked around the room and at all the new faces but there was one face i didn’t see in the room.”where’s Jeff at?” i asked,”He’s probably still sleeping or already went looking for his next victim”Laughing Jack said.

“Jeff has already left,he will be back later today,did you need to talk to him about something”the operator said,”No,not right now”i answered.I did want to talk to jeff,or well i wanted to ask him something,but i didn’t want to be alone with him just yet,i wasn’t so sure i trusted him right now.
