Reader's P.O.V.
My world held so much color. Now only blacks and lonely. I loved the fresh crisp colors of spring and the warm colors of fall. The pops of colors in the world of flowing people and nature together. The coldness that I now feel leave me empty that I now fear. I used to love being independent and free to explore but now leaves me shackled to my house that I now know every corner. I feel like I'm in a prison. The doctors say I'm adjusting well but in reality, only escape through my music and past memories of colors and people's faces like my parents and my younger siblings. Other memories would become blurry of black, grays and whites. Their memories seemed to be the most prized ones that now make me cry myself to sleep. If someone doesn't save me soon, I'll be too far gone. No one would be able to catch me in time when I fall into the darkness of my loneliness.
Stephen's P.O.V.
I was on a walk around New York when I heard the most beautiful sound of music being played in a piano. It wasn't a classical piece that I recognized, due to that's all I listen to. I continued on my walk following to where the music leads until I got to a roadblock. It was coming from the top floor of an apartment complex. I could see the French doors open that led to the balcony. As soon as I got to the building's balcony the music stopped and a crash sounded. The shattering of glass, as well as other objects, could be heard with yelling. A couple of soft sniffles could be heard once everything was quiet.
"Oh, how I wish I could see. Or have someone let me see just one thing. Just one thing. Something with color." A sweet soft voice said as I listened. Her voice was so desperate and broken that it made me frown. I was down waiting and left to do some research on the people living in this apartment suite.
Time Skip- After research.
After hours of looking up people and places. I found that the suite is owned by a wealthy business man's wife and their daughter. There was no significant information on the daughter other than they are looking for a husband to take care of their daughter. So, I applied to meet her since they are scheduling meetings. After 15 minutes of applying, I got a call from an unknown number and I answered.
"Hello, this is Stephen Strange, how can I help you?"
"Yes, I am calling about the appointment that you scheduled with us to meet our daughter, (Y/n). She is blind and incapable of doing anything. With this information, do you still want to meet our daughter?" A woman said. Presumably her mother.
"Yes, I do. Can I meet her now?" I asked with hope. If I could make her happy then I have accomplished something spectacular in my life.
"Do as you wish." She said then hung up on me.
"Okay, then." I said as I grabbed cloak then left the sanctuary. Cloak helped me fly over to her apartment complex and I walked through the front door like a normal person. I knocked on the door and waited patiently for someone to answer it. After a few seconds, the door was opened, and a young woman stood slightly behind the door.
"Hi, how can I help you?" She said quietly. She was staring unwaveringly at the wall behind me. I coughed to clear my throat slightly before speaking, but honestly, she took my voice away with her beauty.
