I woke up the next morning with Rose and Jasper by my side while Kol and Jane stood at the foot of my bed.
"What happened?"
The four vampires standing in my room with worried looks on their faces as they stared at me.
"We were hoping you could tell us that. One minute you're setting Marshmallows on fire and the next your practically hunched over in pain and drooling on my shoulder."
Kol pinched the bridge of his nose as he explained what happened.
"Well, Billy was telling the Prophecy and I kept seeing this battlefield, covered in cracks and snow with hundreds of people and standing in the middle was this woman with dirty blonde hair smirking at me, then her voice filled my mind and it all went black."
Kol looked at me strangely, whereas Jasper and Rosalie looked shocked.
"What voice?"
Rosalie turned to look at Jane who had asked the question.
"When she had first transitioned into a Traditional, she had this voice in her head for a few days telling her things."
I pushed my covers off and started to walk downstairs when Kol suddenly appeared in front of me.
"What are you doing? You've been out for twelve hours, get back in bed."
I rolled my eyes and pushed past him. "I'm hungry Kol. Those marshmallows didn't fill me up."
I walked down the stairs towards the kitchen of the Cullen house but stopped when I noticed Emmett, Alice, and Esme all huddled up. They were whispering dangerously low to the point where I could barely hear them and I was three feet away from them.
"What happened?"
Their heads turned towards me as Jasper, Rose, Jane, and Kol came walking down the stairs.
"I had a vision, and it wasn't a pretty one. A battlefield covered with snow, a lady in a blue dress with a smirk on her face and screams, screams of pain and shock, and blood."
My eyes widened. Alice was seeing what I had seen last night.
"What does this mean?"
Alice looked at all of us and she said the words I'd hoped would never be spoken again.
"She's coming for us, and she's bringing her army with her."
I wanted nothing more than to curl up in a ball and cry. This isn't happening again. We were all being marked for death by some unknown woman how had an army of hundreds and we were a small family of five. The odds weren't stacked in our favor and I didn't know if we were going to go into this battle and come out alive.
"What does this woman in blue look like?"
Kol looked at Alice and me with curiosity in his eyes. I could practically see the gears turning in his head.
"Long wavy blonde hair, parted down the middle, a very stern look on her face with green eyes. She's got on a light blue dress, possibly from the Viking era, I'm not sure."
Alice grabbed Jasper's hand as she gave the woman's description.
Kol's chocolate brown eyes widened in shock. His eyes held anger, confusion, but most of all they held fear. A fear of this unknown woman was evident in his eyes.
"You know her?"
I looked at Kol, worriedly as he paced around the room muttering incoherent things.
"Darling, if it's who I think it is, we're going to need all the help we can get."
I looked at Kol confused as he ran up and down the stairs with bags in his hands.
"Kol, what are you talking about?"
The centuries-old Traditional didn't answer me as he continued to bring bags down the steps.
"MIKAELSON! What is going on?"
Emmett's booming voice made the boy stop and turn to look at us.
"This woman in blue that's coming after us is one of the most powerful witches on Earth. She was known as the Original Witch, and she's ruthless when it comes to Vampires, Traditionals and Cold Ones alike. She'll stop at nothing to see the whole Vampire species wiped off the planet."
I raised my eyebrows in confusion as to how he knew all of this, and then it hit me. Nik had told me the story of the Original Witch and what she had tried to do to him and his siblings.
"We're going up against Esther? Your Mother is sentencing us to death?"
The Cullens all voiced their shock and in some cases, outrage.
"I don't have time to argue about this. Look, if we're really going up against my mother then we're going to need more help than we can get. We need to gather as many people as we can, just like we did when we were going up against the Volturi."
None of us moved.
"My mother had been trying to kill my siblings and me for years, if she succeeds in killing us, the whole species of Traditionals will be wiped off the face of the earth, and if she kills us there is not a doubt in my mind that she won't hesitate to kill you all either. Jasper if my mother goes through with this and does kill us, Damon is gone for good. As is Piper. So stop standing around and start packing. We need to start gathering people now."
I didn't even hesitate as I helped Kol bring down our old packed bags from when we were on the run, with everything still inside of them.
I looked at Kol as we had all gathered back in the kitchen again.
"We need as much help as we can get, the Cold Ones with gifts can help us more than hurt us. Benjamin and Zafrina especially. Bring anyone who helped us before and explain to them that their lives are at stake with Esther. Jasper, go get Damon and the Mystic Falls gang, Jane can you please go see if Athenodora and Sulpicia can help us out? It's the least that they can do. Rose, Emmett try and track down Vladimir and Stefan, Esme you've got Benjamin."
They all nodded at me as I gave the orders that Kol was too busy typing on his phone to give.
"And where does that send us?"
Kol looked over at me with a sad look in his eyes.
"Darling, it's time we pay my older brother a visit."
