sky slid on white spaghetti-strap dress, liv asked her to wear. liv was her good friend from university. liv, shortened for livia, was a hardcore party girl. almost every night she would go out, so it surprised sky when liv graduated with her degree.

the dress sky was wearing showed off all her tattoos, including her new two lines. she strapped her stilettos onto her feet and yelled out an i'm ready to her friend who takes forever to get ready.

"look at my girly!" liv exclaimed running into the room, surprisingly she was all dolled up as well. "let's go," she tugged sky out of the room and into her car.

ten minutes after liv and sky arrived to the house party, liv was already missing. sky sighed and walked into the kitchen. she opened up the fridge and found several bottles of vodka and other alcoholic drinks. sky pulled out a bottle out of the fridge as a tingle shot up her entire arm. she looked up immediately to see a blonde boy, who looked around her age, staring right back at her, "oh – uh, hi," sky stuttered,

"um hi," he awkwardly said and looked down at his arm, seeing a new line connect to the other two, creating a triangle. "hey, um this is awkward, i just got a new line and i think my soulmate is somewhere in this house – i gotta go," he smiled,

"it's fine, i also just got a line, good luck finding them!" sky smiled,

"thanks, you too!" he walked away.

sky thought he was very attractive, not going to lie, and he thought she was too. they both walked around the house several times, and not once bumped into each other again. funny thing was, they were both looking for their soulmates, when they were right in front of each other a little less than an hour ago.

"hey!" liv tapped sky's shoulder "i've been looking for you!"

"what the hell livia! i was looking for you!" sky yelled over the loud music. "where were you anyway?" she rolled her eyes,

"well," liv smirked, "i found a guy..."

"livia!"

"what? he was hot!"

"oh my god!" sky facepalmed, "let's go home, i'm done here!"

"why? what?" livia had a face filled with confusion as sky dragged her out of the house.

"my soulmate was in that fucking party and i didn't find them," she pouted.

"aw b, don't stress, you'll find them," she told sky as they walked side by side to the car.

"i really hope so..." sky sighed.
