Yue had never wished to be able to fly more then in that moment.

She needed to get off of this plane.

Immediately.

The flight was driving her insane.

She was returning home after doing a press tour for her latest movie.

She normally really enjoyed press tours because she appreciated the presence of so many fans who truly loved her work.

But the logistics of this trip had left her feeling absolutely exhausted. Her schedule was packed with numerous interviews requiring insane amounts of time spent in transit. She left each interview with a splitting headache.

Unfortunately, Dylan couldn't join her on the last couple stops of her tour like he usually would as he had just begun filming another television series.

Which means that she hadn't seen her boyfriend in at least two weeks though she stole one of his sweatshirts (because it was comfy and cozy and warm and it smelt like him) and was currently wearing it.

Couple that with a twenty hour flight, bad food, screaming babies and SO MUCH TURBULENCE, Yue wanted to arrive home as soon as possible and get as far away from this plane as she could. And here lies the problem that she couldn't fly like Superman so she just had to wait for the plane to land, hoping that the plane wouldn't attempt to do any more loop de loops with her stomach.

Once they finally landed, she was so overjoyed that she almost kissed the floor. Every joint in her body was sore and tired. She couldn't wait to collapse onto her bed and hibernate for at least 5 years.

She dragged herself out of customs at the airport and saw him on the other side of the door.

The best surprise in the world.

Her nerves calmed down almost instantaneously and she flew through the sliding doors, dropping her bag on the ground and lunging at him.

She felt his arms wrap tightly around her shoulders. As she wrapped her arms tightly around his waist and burrowed her face into his chest, feeling his head rest on top of hers, she could finally breathe for what seemed like the first time in weeks.

She stood there wrapped in his arms as she felt all of the nerves and the stresses of the last couple of weeks wash away, feeling lighter every minute.

He leaned down, cupping her face with one hand and her neck with the other  and kissed her for the first time in weeks. With every kiss he pressed to her lips, she felt energy return to her body.

"Hi. I missed you." He whispered.

"I missed you too. More then anything."

"I'm so glad you are back in my arms."

"Welcome home" he said with a grin as held out his pinky finger for hers to hook onto before tangling their fingers together tightly as they walked out of the airport.

And in that moment, after the world's longest press tour and the world's worst flight, she felt like she was finally home.
