life unexpected

Pilot

"Harry?"

Harry looks up and sees his twin sister hovering over his head and he groans before looking at the clock right beside his head.

"What is it Lux? It's six in the morning." Harry groans.

"It's time to go. We need to go meet our parents." Harry soon shoots Up before getting up and getting dressed.

"Two more days and we finally get the hell out of this mess." Harry sighs in relief.

"Where the hell are you two going?" Lux and Harry foster mom asked.

"To start our freedom." Lux smiles.

Harry laughs before slamming the door and following Lux to the bus station.

"What's up with the beer guy, he's early." Nate said while walking towards his bar door.

Lux and Harry both look at the tall man standing in front of them speechless before finally getting words out.

"Hi. We um, we need a signature from someone." Lux explained.

"Okay." Nate says.

"Probably not you." Harry then buts in.

"Look whatever it is, we don't need it! But thank you." Nate was about to go and close the door.

"Wait if you would just-"

"Who is it? Is it the beer guy?" Jamie asked.

"No. I think they're a part of a bake sell or something."

"We could definitely go for some chocolate." Math said.

"Actually we're- we're looking for a Nathaniel Basile." Harry says, pronouncing Bazile wrong.

"It's Bazile. And that would be me." He corrects.

"No way, you're Nathaniel Bazile?" Lux asked.

"Are you sure?" Harry asked.

"Yeah! I'm pretty sure."

"You live in a bar."

"No, I live above a bar. Are you guys going to take our business or what?" Nate asked.

"We're not here to sell anything. We're actually half of your gene pool." Lux whispers.

"What?" Nate asked.

"We're your children." Harry states after a short pause.

Nate laughs before looking around.

"Wait you're my what?"

"Your children." Lux repeats

"How- what!?" Nate asked looking back and forth to Harry and Lux.

They were all now sitting upstairs in Nate's apartment.

"How long are you going to be in shock dude?" Harry asked.

"I- what? Please explain to me how this happened."

"Do you need us to teach you about the birds and the bees?" Lux asked before Harry and Jamie laugh.

"Very funny! Please explain to me what you're doing here?" Nate asked.

"We're here for your signature to get emancipated."

Nate looks at them with bold eyes.

"From your adopted parents?"

"No. From foster care." Harry murmured.

Soon Nate's girlfriend runs into the apartment after jogging around the block.
