¥Hesitate¥ Quil Ateara

Eight; Wolf

Today wasn't even a work day. Jade just asked if she could come over to the diner to hang out and Tiffany said yes.

"Good morning Jade." Tiffany greets and Jade just nods, sitting on a stool by the counter and putting her head down.

"You okay Jade?" Quil asks softly and Jade sighs, lifting her head.

"My mom and I have just been arguing more and more lately and now my dad's getting into it and it just sucks." Jade mumbles and tears start falling down her face unknowingly.

Quil wraps his arms around her as she continues to sob into his chest and soon they are on the floor with her completely wrapped in his arms and her face in the crook of his neck while trying to steady her breathing.

"It's going to be okay Jade." Quil mumbles against her ear and she giggles causing everyone to smile and let their tense shoulders relax.

"I'm sorry. I probably look like a mess right now." Jade says, pulling away from Quil and he smiles softly at her, putting his hands on both sides of her face.

"First of all, you do not look like a mess right now and second, you don't have to apologize, everyone has days like this." Quil says softly, kissing her forehead and wrapping his arms around her again.

"As cute as I think this is can you not." Jared says and Jade laughs.

"Sorry." Jade mumbles blushing.

"How about we go to the beach?" Quil softly asks and Jade nods standing up with Quil and he pulls her towards the beach softly.

As soon as they reached the beach Quil sat down and pulled Jade into his lap and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Are you okay J?" Quil whispers in her ear and she shivers and smiles, nodding.

"Yeah. Thank you." Jade says, sounding as if she wants to add something.

"For what?" Quil asks and Jade turns to look at him.

"For being here." Jade says and Quil smiles at her.

"What do you want to ask?" Quil mumbles and Jade sighs.

"What have you been wanting to tell me?" Jade asked and Quil tensed up.

"Come with me." Quil said and Jade followed after him.

After quickly stopping at his house to grab some clothes and a lot of questions later, they finally stop at a really secluded area in the woods. As soon as they stop quilstarts to take off his shirt and shorts.

"Oh my god! Quil what are you doing?" Jade exclaims, blushing and Quil laughs.

"Just promise me you won't run away. I won't hurt you. I promise." Quil says slowly and Jade nods.

Quil takes a step back and what was left of his clothes tore off of him as he turned into a wolf and she gasped falling backwards in shock. Quil looked at her and whined.

"I-I'm not scared. Just shocked Quil." Jade whispers and Quil goes behind a tree to where the clothes are before he walked back out as a human, completely clothed.

"Are you okay?" Quil asks, holding his hand out for her to help her up.

"Yeah." Jade mumbles and Quil laughs picking her up and hugging her.

"Why does your dad call you JJ?" Quil asks and Jade laughs.

"My full name is Jade Jennifer Woods." Jade replies and he hums in acknowledgment.

"Good to know." Quil says and he grabs her hand starting to walk her home.
