The Lore book: The Awakening series

Chapter 1: Creation

              In the beginning, there was only darkness in the world and so the twelve gods decided to create a universe so that life may exist and their creations from all the gods would have a place to follow and worship them. Thus the most powerful out of all of them, Zacharael the god of purity and light formed a powerful sphere of raw energy from his hands and from this sphere of light and purity, he used his divine power to shape the universe and the many realms across the stars. When Zacharael finished his work he banded together with the other gods to help him shape this new universe. This new universe was called Ahtiya (AH-TE-YUH). Everything eas gracefully molded and shaped from the planets, stars, the realms , and the universe crafted out of the energy that Zacharael created. Next, they needed to create life and beings that would inhabit these realms. They tried many different forms of life to see which would be the most suitable so that they would have beings to worship them and love them as they had given them  purpose in return. Thanos the god of death tried to create people from the arcane energies of death, shadow, and darkness but they did not listen to the other gods instead they chose to rebel. These creations were named the Dread and when they had grown tired of the gods a new deity rose to power and called himself Rezon and he titled himself as the god of all reason and took the  Dread and the other dark creatures to a forbidden place. This place they called the Dark Realm , otherwise known as the Dead realm,  claiming to be the only pure "Sanctuary" left in creation and once the left they were never heard of again. 

           The Gods tried again this time Malthael god of chaos and destruction created beings of vast power and strength but the other gods deemed this as blasphemy as such creatures turned to evil almost immediately. Malthael grew upset as his so-called "Kin" being rejected by the gods , with them turning their backs on him and with his new creations waged war on the remaining eleven gods. Malthael's conquest for vengeance failed before he could even start his plot to destroy the people he once called family. Betrayal against the gods left him banished and he was thrown into one of the four forbidden realms known only as Tartarus. Malthael swore vengeance against the other gods as looked at the portal in the sky that closed above he would swear vengeance to come . In this new realm, he would set out with his fellow survivors and create the lords and queens of Tartarus and would one day return to his once beloved home of Ahtiya, from the nothingness that was Tartarus their new found powers honed and perfected, new kinship was created within Tartarus  and the demons of Hell were born. 

          The gods then tried again this time Jazi goddess of trickery, dreams, trickery, and mischief she would create beings out of strange magic and elements. But her ideas were not equally supported for her beings were made out of powerful magic that made them demigods. The other gods seeing this as a potential problem banished her to the forgotten realm, disappointed by this she left the other gods and traveled to the forgotten realm. A place in the universe that was abandoned by the gods. Together with her creations, she formed the lesser gods who would cause at first cause mischief and discord for the other gods but would one day save them gods from there own destruction. 

            The ten gods that remained finally decided to pour all our their resources together to create beings from all of their aspects rather than one.  Pooling their powers together and with much effort and many failed attempts they created the First Era Races. The gods were satisfied with all their creations and would begin to settle them across the stars. The first planet they named was Asariya for this would be the center of all their creations and they would live in harmony together. But something happened that the gods did no for see. In a  strange turn of events their creations began to rapidly expand and advanced faster then they had anticipated pushing the realms into a golden age of technology. The gods then began to take their places among the pantheon as their creations began to advance rapidly they would come to know who had created them. Thanos God of Death and Leila goddess of life and nature would watch over the various cycles of  life and death over their creations making sure they lived and died in the natural order of things and when they passed on both gods would see to it that they had a place to pass on to or end up in Hell . Zacharael would create a new realm full of purity and light and thus would deem this place the High Heavens were all the creations who lived good and fulfilling lives would take refuge when they passed away. He would construct powerful beings of light and purity to watch over their creations as he was no fool that Malthael would return one day to continue his quest for vengeance  so the realms needed protectors and the other gods did likewise creating there own special protectors. These creations were known as the Angels and they formed a council of twelve to watch over and keep the mortals safe from harm and Maltheal's infulence.

             The Gods would also choose their finest creations and teach them unique powers. Erangoth god of war and conquest would unite a people called the Alderreen (Al-DER-REE-NUH) and would teach them the ways of conquest and power. Nissa goddess of the moons and stars found herself teaching a people known as the Zanharyeh (ZAN-HAR-YEH). She taught them the ways of using darker forms of magic to be used for good and to resist against such temptations. Zanyah goddesses of wisdom and intelligence would mold a race of people know as a the Najarein to be skilled and smart individuals. Wise and purpose was their way of life. Maya goddess of peace and love would watch over a people called the Monderein and taught them the ways of peace, love, and compassion. They would take care of one another and never let differences separate them. Zacharaeal would seek a pure set of beings and teach the Nuveasan people of healing and light techniques, he taught them to focus on there physical and mental well being for long life. Azaka god of laws and order would teach the Azikel people about justice and fair ruling, that a society cannot function without rules to keep all beings in check. Natun god of mystery and revelations took the abandoned Cordeya people and shaped them to understand the mysteries of the world and to find clarity in suffering and pain as through their hardships they would reach a higher understanding. The world of Asariya lived in harmony as the First Era races expanded across the stars, conquering and creating a massive network of worlds and centers. The gods were impressed by how rapid there societies had developed and were pleased by their tributes. All was peaceful and bountiful until the legions of the Dead Relam and Malthael returned.
