You know many say that mental illness is something created by yourself. In fact, that's not true. Your mind falls into something that is hard to escape.
It makes you see things differently. Makes you tired and makes you loose interest in things you used to love. Without experiencing it yourself, you will never fully understand someone who has it.
It's something you have to try to understand even if you do not fully get it. People struggle because their thoughts become too much.
Surely, everyone has thought of things when they are not suppose to. Whether that be a small thought or something rude.
Mental illness is the same. Thoughts fill your head and you are unable to stop them, unable to think of something else to distract you.
People with mental illness tend to want comfort, even if they don't show it. Afterall, they are still human. They still want to be loved.
But they are just scared to put their trust in you because... They are scared you will leave or hurt them.
Never. NEVER. Give up on someone who has metal illness. The more you push the more it helps.
The most important message you should give to someone: mental illness or no, is the power of self love.
Cheesy I know but once you find yourself? The whole world becomes different. You become much more happier with yourself and you notice the small things.
You become appreciative of everything around you. It's hard to find who you truly are I know...
It can be hell or is can be peaceful. Sometimes it can be both.
But once you become aware of who you are... everything changes for the better.
There is so much to say on this topic but I will end it here.
Thank you for reading my book and I hope you take in the message I wanted to give.
I hope you stay with bts during this comeback of the Love Yourself: Answer. It will be a tough ride but I hope you support them none the less.
I love you but most importantly I love myself.
Signing off.
