March 26th
The next morning I wake up to someone shaking me and in my tired state I think it's my cat. "Go away Mitten. It's to early." I mumble and I get a chuckle in response.
"Come on. It time to get up. We have to be some place to be." He rolls me over so I'm on my back and continue shaking me.
I squint my eyes. "What time is it?"
"6:20." I just groan in return making no move to get up. Tired of waiting around, Zack picks me up and lift me on to his shoulder. Next thing I know Zack is shaking me away again.
"What."
"Come on get out." I don't even bother opening my eyes and seconds later I'm on his shoulder again and a minute later I hear the sound of a doorbell and someone opening the door. "Did I wake you?" Zack ask the person and when I open my eyes I see a women in her late 30's with black hair and brown eyes.
"Don't be silly. I was already up when you called. And who is this?"
"Mom this is my mate Lyra. Lyra this is my mother Nessy." He introduced.
"It's lovely to meet you. Come inside." She smiles and step inside. I smile weakly and step inside; still extremely tired with only getting 2 hours of sleep.
"I got to go mom."
"Okay."
"And mom Lyra might want to sleep."
"Okay dear." She says before she closes the door and Zack leaves. She leads me to a spare bed room on the second floor. "You can sleep in here until you feel refreshed." She gestures to the bedroom.
"Thank you." I tell her already going for the bed. She nods and closes the door and I get into the comfy bed and fall asleep instantly.
A few hours later and I'm being woken up again. This time my female hands. "Wake up sweetie. You have been sleeping for long enough." When I open my eyes I see Nessy shaking me.
"What time is it?"
"Almost 11." She says before she leaves the room. The door lightly shutting behind her. I feel a change in the air and when I sit up I see Kayla standing their holding a raspery cupcake with the number 18 on top.
"You look like shit." She exclaims.
"No kidding."
"I think we all know why." She states.
"Aren't you supposed to be in like 1725?" I name the time zone that Eve is in.
"Already went and your girlfriend says счастливый день рождения." (Happy birthday.)
"Есть ничего сцастливый около сегодня."(There's nothing happy about today.) А также Канун является не мой подруга (And Eve is not my girlfriend.) Мой (Not.) I exclaim taking the cupcake.
"Конецно." She says sarcastically. (Sure.)
"Did you come here to mock me or what?" I ask eating the cupcake.
"Funny, got to go. Hurry make up a cover story." She warns before she pops out and the door opens revealing Nessy.
"You coming?" She questions.
"Yeah." I get out of bed and follow her to the kitchen wear I see 7 heads of dark brown.
"Guys this is Lyra, Zack's mate. Lyra this is Thea and Mia the twins 21, Jace 19, Leo 17, and Echo 15." She says pointing to all of them. "This is Chloe a friend of ours." She said pointing to a brown hair girl and our eyes immedlity snapped together. She gave me a knowing look and we just pretended like we didn't know each other. "And this is their father Mateo." She says nodding to the man at the table who was reading a book with a stone cold expression.
