I wake up at the next morning at 7:02 and smile. Everything is back to normal. Well, my normal. I loved it. I loved the feeling of waking up in my own bed, I loved not having to hide anything. I loved being home. But I knew it couldn't stay like this. I was gonna have to go back to Zack today and I was kinda regretting it. But I was also not. He is my mate after all. But I know the second I go back I have to keep all my secrets bundelled up. One secret In preticalier: Gray. That wasn't gonna be hard, but I knew I had to say goodbye to him today for a little while. I knew that I couldn't hide Gray for much longer. Zack was gonna find out soon that I own a horse and it wasn't gonna be by choice. I knew that when I chose to use my powers on Grace that Kat was gonna show up and taunt me. It was also a matter of time before Kat would be in my mind and controlling me and I couldn't let that happen.

I get out of bed and see that Grace is still asleep. Which is really weird. Grace never sleeps in especially on a school day. But I thought it had something to do with the kidnapping so I let it go and grabbed her phone and called Kylie.

I walk to the bathroom as I wait for her to answer. "Hello?"

"Hey Ky, it's Lyra." I say closing the bathroom door.

"Hey Bree what's up? And why are you calling me from a random number?" She asks calling me by my middle name.

"Long story. Anyway I need a favor." I tell her as I get a towel out.

"What kind of favor?" She asks and I sigh.

"A witch favor." I say and she squeals. Kylie is a witch, but unlike me she is a born witch. But not a boiled witch. She is a element witch. Which is a witch who only uses their powers by food and herbs. She lives in Colorado along with her brother Kyle, and her mom Melinda. We go and see her every winter so we're really good friends.

"Oh, it's about time. I thought you were never gonna ask. Anyway what's the favor?" She asks.

"I need you to make me something that can block me out from seeing things and dosen't let anybody get inside my head." I tell her.

"Okay." I hear a sound like she's writing on paper.

"Oh, and Kylie don't send it to my original address." I tell her.

"Why not? Did Melissa finally move out of that old house?" She questions.

"No I found my mate and had to move out." I explain.

"Okay, what's your knew address?" She questions and I think for a minute.

"I think it's Oak 9472." I tell her the address I saw on Zack's mailbox.

"Okay, I think I can have it to you within two days maybe three at most." She's says and I smile.

"Thanks Ky."

"No problem Bree." She says before we end the call and I get in the shower. I get out about 10 minutes later and do my usual morning routine.

15 minutes later I'm down stairs in the kitchen munching on a bowl of cinnamon toast.

"Morning." Grace says as she comes in the kitchen and opens the fridge. "Have any of you seen my phone?" She asks as she gets Orange Juice out of the fridge.

I pull it out of my jeans pocket and lay it on the counter. "I don't have mine so I used yours." I say which she only gives me a look in return before putting the Orange Juice back in the fridge and start making some toast.

"Hey Lyra? Why haven't you been going to school the last few days?" My mom questions.

I pause eating my cereal and look up at her. "Oh - um - I guess I haven't really thought about it. I've been busy."
