Spade vs. Gajeel

            I climbed out of the hospital bed and went to fight phantom I had noticed Gajeel took lucy. When I arrived Gajeel was beating her. I carefully tossed an ice shard at him throwing him off guard I punched his head sending him flying into the far wall. I carefully encased Lucy in an ice prism to allow her safety. I turned my full attention to Gajeel.

            “Well turns out you don’t have to try to hard to catch a ice dragon if you have the right bait. “ Gajeel laughed at me. I glared and stood across from him ice shards and mist flowing around my body. I stood protectively of my injured friend.

            “You are despicable Gajeel.” I seethed though his scent was vanilla and metal and it was calming me a great deal I could see the hesitation in his face to fight me. He didn’t want to. I could tell. I watched as he laughed. I glared harder and watched carefully. “Unlike you Phantom creeps I look out for my friends I won’t let you lay a hand on her.” I hissed even though I was still sore and injured from when he got me and Levy and Droy and Jet.  We both took off towards each other clashing in the center of the large room sending metal and ice like sparks through the room. I focused the ice to my fists which I used to fling punch after punch towards his face. He laughed at me as he sent a kick to my head and I flew into the wall. I growled and quickly recovered using the walls as a launch pad I punched his head sending him to the floor he tried to keep balance as he landed and pushed off to hit me again. Iron daggers and ice daggers flying at one another we continued to fight, I watched as he was circling me carefully awe flew through the room with speed hitting one another, the far right wall crumbled as I scent a large ice storm against Gajeel throwing him into the wall. I glared at him as I positioned my self by the ice prism I made for Lucy. Happy appeared and looked at me.

            “Natsu is out of juice are you okay to fight Gajeel?” He asked. I gave a small nod and released Lucy from the prism.

            “I need you to get Lucy out of here, it is far too dangerous.” I said as I watched Gajeel stand as he did so I ran at him and he grabbed my right arm flipping me down he laughed picking up a chunk of metal and devouring it. I gulped knowing what this meant as he grabbed my throat and smashed my head down. I watched as Happy lifted Lucy into the air floating outside. I punched Gajeel but his body had become silver scales of iron. I glared and covered my body in ice scales. I screamed as he smashed me down 3 times on the rubble my head fell back as I saw the guild hall being beat into shambles. I felt tears sting my eyes. I stood up and ran at him as I continued to fight as I grabbed his throat and sent him flying into the hair. I jumped into the air and we fought. I punched him and he punched me sending me higher into the air. I grabbed his throat and we clashed and from a distance it looked like fire works, he punched me to the ground and I collided hard with the rubble beneath me. I gasped as I began to growl I started to attack again. I carefully punched him and we went head to head as we flew back up into the air matching each others attacks. Once we were on the ground we were both panting. I felt my hands clench as my body shook from effort.

            “This ends now. “ I whispered cloaking my body in a black ice mist I ran at him and then I grabbed him freezing him He gasped as I made him unable to move then repeatedly punched him After I was don’t I fell to my knees he laid on the ground un able to move.
