Spade the Dragon Slayer

Time to wake up

    As Natsu set my body on the ground I heard Erza's voccie and Gray gasp. I could Here lucy choke on tears. I try to open my eyes but cant. i feel the cold ground touch my back and the side of my face as it limply turns and rests on it. 

        "SPADE!" I heared Lucy scream and i could smell wendy's scent as she collapsed to her knees beside me. "Natsu what happened?" Lucy asked he responded in a whisper.

        "She used a black ice thing and made Zero turn into nothign but black ice....after thaat she collapsed." Natsu explain. I heared lucy gasp with shock and I heared wendy try to heal me. I could here feat stamping on the ground towards us but I could not warn my friends unable to give any response. The sound of panic arose around me as I could smell new scents. I could tell it ewas soldiers. Here for Jellal. I tried my hardest to stand but I couldnt even move. I felt Lucy bent over my crying as she kept telling me to open my eyes. I had exhausted all my magic energy and all my physical strength. I layed helpless as chaos came from them fighting to save Jellal. I remained nothing more then a weak body on the ground until my consious finally disappeared.

        I woke up in my own bed back at home a over a week later. I stood from my bed knocking Diamond to the floor.

        "spade!!" Diamond screached tears spilling from her eyes as she jumped huggign my her face in my chest. I cringe slightly a dull ache. 

        "Im okay diamond. however i am very hungry." I replied as I lifted diamond setting her on my head wand walking downa  flight of stairs to my kitchen.  I pulled some eggs from the fridge and milk. Diamond grabbed me a pan and used her wings to reach it onto the stove. I caefully collected the spatchula and then began mixing the eggs and milk. I heared a knock on the door. 

        "Diamond can you go get the door?" I asked as I cooked. She nodded flying out of the room and answering the door. 

        "Hey diamond is Spade still asleep?" I heared sad sounding gray. 

        "No she is awake. In the kitchen." Diamond responded as she let the boy in. I continued to cook as my sore body grumbled with hunger. I listened to the rushing foot steps of gray followed by more and more. I stopped lookign at my cooking eggs and turned to see Gray, Natsu, Erza, wendy, Lucy, Macrov, Levy, Gajeel, Droy, jet, Wakaba, Romeo, and the rest of the guild staring at me with shock. Blinking a couple times, I shrugged at their frozen bodies as I turned back to my cooking. I opened my freezer and removed a tray of ice cubes popping one in my mouth and chewing swollowing it. As I completed my cooking I shut the stove off and sat at my dinign table. Still being watched intently by my friends as if I wasnt real. 

        "Guys I am alive you know.I was just asleep....actually how long has it been...." I shrugg and then set my dishes in my sink and the second I turn Lucy is crying and hugging me.

        "OH SPADE WE WERE ALL SO WORRIED YOU WOULDNT WAKE UP AND OYU WERE SO WEAK HOW COULD YOU USE A SPELL LIKE THAT!" Lucy yelled I shrugged.

        "I did it because I ran out of time. I know that you were worried or else you wouldnt have brought the WHOLE guild to my small house. Can we move this party to the guild hall ionstead?" I asked. Lucy nodded and I studd and slipped catching myself on the corner of the table. Gray slipped his arm around my waist to help me walk. 

        "Thank you Gray." I whispered blushing slightly he smiled at me and we left heading for the guild.

        "No problem Spade."Gray said as he helped me walking along.  I look down at my hands once we walked into the guild. i sat at a table as everyone went about their won buisness. 

        "Why would you try and do somethign like that?" Erza questioned I looked up at her and smiled.

        "I had to make sure that natsu destoyed the lacrima. I figured I could use the spell. I had done the spell a hundred times when i was 10 so I figured i could do it for my friends, even if it killed me I was willing to let my life end with the man who haunted me." I explained as I looked at my hands folded on my lap. "Its just a little hard sinse it was a painful expeirence. I could hear you guys the whole time after I destroyed zero. i wanted to respond and tell you I was okay....I just couldnt.and then I passed out. " I explained. She nodded as I turned my face to gray. 

        "Yes spade?" he questioned noticing my gaze. 

        "Can you give me some ice I am still trying to gain my strength back..." I asked as he nodded and smiled. Carefully making a few ice cubes for me. I ate them happily. Grays ice tasted really yummy.  I continued to munch on the ice as he continued to suply it. I smiled happily as my friends talked and laughed. I was happy I finally woke up
