'Niall's POV'

Being gay wasn't so easy for me at school. Everyone called me a homo. Every night I would go to the bathroom and just sit down and cry😢

The worst part was, my crush was Louis Tomlinson, the most popular kid in school, but he doesn't even know I exist. I have caught him staring at me a few times during lunch but he's probably thinking one of the two things:

"Haha what a fag."

Or

"He's nothing. A complete nobody."

Either way, Louis didn't like me. He was popular and straight, I was the kid that sat alone and gay.

I came out to my 'friends' awhile ago. They ended up telling the entire school. I was bullied often before but it has died down now. I used to get bullied everyday. The punching, the name calling  and people closing my locker trying to break my fingers. I was hoping someone will save me and help me from this pain, but no one😢

One day I just stood at my locker while everyone else were in class. All i did was cry.

I saw someone walking towards me. It was Louis. I looked up at him and started to tremble. I was waiting for him to call me a faggo, but he reached out his hand and offered to help me up.

I smiled and grabbed his hand. I could already tell, Louis wasn't like the other popular kids..he was nice.

"Hey, I'm Louis. You?" He said smiling.
"Niall. Why did you help me?"
"Well I hate seeing people cry, especially cute people."  He whispered that last part.

My eyes widened, was Louis gay? Did he just call me cute? I smiled and couldn't stop.

"Oh that's sweet thanks, you're cute as well," I said with a smile.

He looked at me and smiled really big. We ended up ditching school and going to my house.
