Chapter 6

*Niall's POV*

I heard her. She was running towards the car. This girl just won't stop. I'm tired of her trying to tear us apart and get me away from Louis. I can't help it. I just want her gone and I feel like the only way I could do it is punching her until she bleeds. I don't know anymore . I just don't want her to hurt Louis like she did before.

"Louis,speed up. I don't want her to catch up." I demanded.

He nodded and sped up. We turned into the school parking lot and I was scared Louis would run into Eleanor and she would try to make a move on him.

Having barely any classes together was difficult. I missed him during school. We barely were able to spend time together. I mean, one hour in first period then lunch but that's it.

Eleanor was a real issue. She even bothered us during lunch. She began to walk over and I could see the look on Louis face. He was worried.

"Hey, it's okay." I said as I placed my hand on his thigh.

The look on his face changed. He was more relieved but as she walked closer, it changed back to worried.

"What do you want Eleanor?" I said in disgust.
"I'm not here to talk to you, idiot." She pushed me off the seat and sat on it.
"I'm tired of you." I said, barely audible.

I grabbed her shirt,lifted her up off the seat and placed her on the ground. Fear entered her eyes. I looked at her and said, "We don't want you near us, if you come over to us ever again, I won't let you touch or talk to Louis. I will go to extreme lengths to get rid of you but I'm warning you so I don't have to go to those lengths. Now,leave."

And with that, she scoffed and walked away. Louis looked at me. I just decided to continue eating my lunch until I felt a pair of arms around me. They were Louis's.

"You're my little hero." He mumbled into my neck. I laughed and heard someone whisper.
"Excuse me?" I asked.

"I said faggots." Said, Caleb, one of the best football players in our school.
I scoffed, "Ok, just because Louis and I like boys, doesn't mean anything. We're still the same people and If you can't accept that, leave."

He rolled his eyes at me and left the table. I was completely done with all the insults towards me, so I'm not gonna accept them insulting me and Louis. Not the guy that I love. The one I want to spend my life with. If they call me names,push me around I'm fine with it. I'm used to it anyways, but Louis, I can't let anyone touch him and I'm gonna try my hardest to make sure of it.

The last three periods went on, but painfully slow. I was aching to have this school day over. It was the last 5 minutes of 6th period. It felt like an hour until that bell rang. Since I was closest to the door, I got out first. I made my way to my locker and got all the stuff I needed then went to Louis's. He wasn't very quick at his locker like i was, but I saw bruises on his arm that weren't there before.

I ran up to him, "Louis what happened to your arms? Are you okay? Tell me everything."
"I'll tell you at home. Can we just leave now?" He said slamming his locker making an incredibly loud sound.

I just nodded and we hopped into his car. I chose to drive this time because he didn't seem to happy right now.

We opened the door to Johannah, standing right in front of it.

"Hi boys, Niall. I heard Eleanor went over to you guys at lunch and you told her to leave immediately. Why?"
"First, she broke in while you were on a business trip trying to get Louis back, twice actually. Then she chased the car on our way to school, then she bothered us at lunch." I said sternly.
"How did she bother you?" She waited for me to answer.
"She pushed me off my seat and sat next to Louis. She's trying to get him back Johannah. She's trying to take him from me." I had a certain weakness in my voice.
She hugged me, "That's all I wanted to know and it'll be okay Niall. She won't take Louis from you. You two are inseparable."

I smiled and we both went up to Louis room.

*Louis's POV*

We walked up to my room and I sat on the bed. Niall sat across from me on my chair.

"Do you want to tell me what happened now?" He asked worryingly.
"It was Caleb, the little shit is gay."
His eyes widened as the words flowed out of my mouth, "What."

I just nodded, sighed and layed down on the bed.
