Sam maintained her distance making less contact from him but Will failed to notice her disturbance in nature; he dismissed the thought thinking she is busy in work. Maybe sometimes a space is needed to balance the relation.
Today, Will was free but she was scared- she would say something, make things more complicated she just went out with Tania smilingly at him but he did not see the sadness in it, kissing her slowly on forehead he went to bed, holding her tears she ran away from him. Tania & Sam shopped & chatted whole day, at evening they were eating at a restaurant when Tania excused herself to go to restroom, Sam was busy on her phone when she hear front chair moved, glancing up from her eyelashes at the person her eyes widen, keeping her phone on the table she asked him rudely
"What are you doing here, mike?"
"How are you, Sam?" he sighed
She saw desperation & sadness in her eyes & she couldn't see anybody in trouble, smilingly lightly she answered
"Good, you?"
"Are you still with him? I am sure 1 year is complete"
"Yes & I am happily married"
"If you were happy, you weren't be sitting here alone"
"I am not alone, I am here with tania"
"So where is your so called husband the one you're happy with, huh, still hanging with his girlfriend, I guess"
"What you want, mike?" she asked in irritation
"Sam, he is cheating on you, he was never loyal & never will be"
"Shut up, you don't know him"
"Yes I do, you always fall for wrong people"
"Exactly" she said sarcastically pointing to him
"Sam, believe me, he is cheating on you, see"
Searching in his phone he showed her video, she took it not interestedly but her eyes widen when she saw video of Will & Jennifer at a restaurant holding hands together on table. Audio was not so clear but enough that she heard everything
"I am tired of this"
"So come back to me"
"Jennifer please...."
"Please, we are so good together. I know you are stressed from work but come back to me"
"I hope Sam would be understanding like you"
"I love you Will & I know you love me too"
Video ended & she handed him back his phone, Tania has already joined them & watched everything. Sam kept fidgeting with her fingers thinking all the possibilities but only negative things popped in her mind, taking her hand mike said lowly
"I am your best friend & I know, that guy is not right for you. I am not saying you come back to me but I will be always there for you whenever needed"
She couldn't answer him back, her mind was processing the things when her phone ringed, Will was calling, she picked up
"Hello" she kept tone right
"Baby, where are you?"
"I am dining in a restaurant with Tania"
"Just the two of you"
