I woke up and basically slapped my snooze button. I could already feel today wasn't going to be a dress up day. I stumbled out of bed and headed into my bathroom. I did my business before I walked out and stood in front of my closet. What am I going to wear today? I looked around until I found the perfect to wear. I know I said I wouldn't dress up but this is the laziest outfit I can wear especially for school.

"Wow, you look really cute today." Anderson said while he put his arm around my shoulder.
"One, your gay and two, I already know that." I said as I removed his arm from around my shoulder. I walked up to my locker with Anderson following behind me.
"What's up ladies." Anderson greeted while I opened my locker and got everything i needed. They all said hello while Penelope was staring him down. Oh, no, sister. "Yo, Camara. Meet me after homeroom." Anderson said before he walked away.
"Penelope, you skipping today?" Ivana asked. Penelope shook her head with a smile on her face. I don't really interact with her anymore because for some reason Adym doesn't want me to. I talk to her a little but that's all. I closed my locked and we all walked to homeroom and sat down. Penelope didn't have our homeroom so of course she wasn't with us.
"We didn't have homework right?" Jocelyn asked as she chewed her piece of gum. I shook my head and looked back at the board. Looks like sixth period has a quiz today. Thanks for letting us know Yorba. Adym took attendance while we relaxed as always until the bell rang. I stood in the hallway and waited for Anderson to come out. I saw him looking in the hallway and I called for his name so he noticed me.
"Can we make this fast. I can't be late to Calculus." I rolled my eyes.
"Yeah, Uhm, I just wanted to warn you about your new friend Penelope." I raised my eyebrow which made Anderson continue. "I was walking past Mr. Yorba's class and I heard the two of them talking. Apparently she was his student once upon a time and they had this thing going on. He proposed to her but before they could get married she got mad and basically snitched." My eyes went wide and my hands started shaking.
"Why would I care about that Anderson." I huffed.
He bent down to whisper in my ear, "Because I know your sleeping with him." My breath hitched and my heart started beating faster. "Don't worry I'm not going to tell anyone. Quite frankly, I don't care."
I shook my head, "is that all?" He said yes before giving me a hug and walking off to his class. I was walking to Calculus when I heard the bell ring. Fuck. I walked into the classroom and the teacher let me know that I have detention. I'm not going to that.
Of course the rest of my school day went by fast. The whole time I was in sixth period I was staring atAdymwith mean eyes. I knew he noticed because he kept staring back at me confused. After the bell ring which dismissed me from class I packed my stuff up and was about to walk out when I heard my name called. I turned around and walked to Adym's desk without saying anything. He closed his door and tried to grab my hands but I pulled away.
"What's wrong?" He asked as he sat on the edge of his desk. I stood there with my eyes looking at the floor and my arms crossed over my chest. "Princess?" He lifted my head up to look into his eyes.
"Penelope." I mumbled. I could see the slight panic in his eyes before he quickly hid it.
"What about her?" He shifted his body weight.
"You know what the fuck I'm talking about Adym." I yelled as I slapped my hands on my thighs. "She was your fucking fiancé, remember that? She was also your student."
"Baby, listen to me." He tried to grab my hands but this time I let him. "You have to believe me. I only hid it from you to protect it from you."
"Adym, you let me walk around and let that bitch think she was my friend. I almost let her become one of us." I yelled at him.
"I know Camara and I'm so sorry for that. If I would've told you what happened I was afraid that you would leave me or want to fight her." I saw the tears welling up in his eyes.
I snatched my hands from his grip, "Well that doesn't matter anymore Adym." I kissed his cheek before I stared him in the eyes. "We're done." I walked out of the classroom. ———————————————— Mhm, I'm sorry you all probably hate me.
