After that eventful day, Cheryl was confused as to what she would call the two. As it turns out, Toni was also confused.

Cheryl pondered her massive room, decorated head to toe with red and black (just how she liked it) and thought deeply about 'Serpent Girl' (yes, that was her new nickname)

So. Cheryl. Before you decide anything, think of the facts. Her name is Antoinette Topaz. Toni for short. She is from the Southside but had wanted to get away from Southside High.

Why on earth would she want to do that? I mean sure the conditions were quite ghastly but other than that it was pretty standard education wise.

And obviously she had her group of friends, so why risk all of it to move to some mediocre High school were unusual things happen? Isn't that a bit of a warning to stay away from this schools 'curse'

Wait a second. She doesn't know about...

Cheryl broke down into tears, fully collapsing onto her king sized bed as she grieved over her now deceased twin (AKA, the only person who actually loved her and cared for her when nobody else did) she felt the walls cave in as her whole body came crashing down, now shaking and sobbing furiously as she remembered the stupid plan he had thought out, only for him to-

*KNOCK KNOCK*
*DING DONG*

She sighed deeply as she wiped away her tears, desperate for someone to love and protect her like her brother did (and not in that way you pervs) and quite frankly, she didn't even care who it was anymore. She just needed somebody. Anybody.

She stumbled out of bed and fixed herself quickly, checking in the mirror to see if it was noticeable that she had been crying. Cheryl fixed her hair whilst walking down the stairs, determined not to let anyone know that the Cheryl Blossom actually had a heart.
And that it was severely broken.

'Umm hello? Is anybody in there? This is kind of important'

Cheryl jumped as she immediately recognised the voice.

Serpent Girl.

She ran to the door and inhaled deeply before opening it.

'Why hello stranger, what do you have for us?'

'Oh I was hoping that you'd be the one to come to the door, this is for you. You left it in the-'

Toni leaned in and whispered into Cheryl's ear,

'Secret room'

They both giggled lightly because of how dramatic Toni was being about the situation, and Cheryl finally felt at peace. Even if it was only for a second.
Of course, she didn't pay attention to it at the time, because it had been so long that she had forgotton what it had felt like.

They stayed in that position for quite some time, every now and then giggling lightly. Although it was a beautiful scene, nothing lasts forever.

Toni glanced at her black and slightly cracked watch, only now noticing what time it was.

'Oh shit I'm sorry for keeping you so long, I'll go now, see you at school tomorrow'

Cheryl waved at her goodbye before realising what she could do to make her feel better.

'Hey, Toni! Wait up!'

Before Toni could respond, Cheryl stood in front of her motorcycle, immediately catching her attention.

'I don't know if you've noticed but you're kind of in the way of my ride, do you want to get ran over or something?'

'Toni'

'Yes, Cheryl'

'Stay the night'

'Cheryl we've only just met, and I don't have any stuff with me. Plus, I was pretty sure you hated me?'

'Oh yeah, I do. Well I mean, I wasn't actually serious obviously so goodbye I guess'

'Goodbye, Cheryl'

And just like that, Serpent Girl was gone. And just like that, Cheryl instantly felt a wave of regret rush over her body as she replayed the conversation in her head over and over again, like a broken record.

Nice going Cheryl, you became such a bitchy person that it wasn't even in self defense anymore. It's just in spite. And now you've lost someone you found quite fun, due to your toxic personality.
Hell, I would even say you've lost a friend who wasn't even you're friend in the first place. You always do this. It happens everytime, and you never learn.
The same thing happened to the last one.

Cheryl shook her head dismissively, not wanting to reopen painful wounds that will forever haunt her pitiful past.

'Thanks Mother'
She whispered under her breath, returning to her bedroom and instantly falling asleep as her head hit the comfy pillows.

She was, to say the least, emotionally and physically exhausted.

And was ready for a long sleep, so she could forget about everything going on in her life at the moment and focus on the more happy things in life.

The only way to do that, was to dream.

(Just to let you guys know, the next chapter is going to be inside Cheryl's mind when she is dreaming so we're going to experience her dream)
