The Awakening

So I am back with another chapter of All along. Did you miss me? Nah.

This one will be slightly less depressing (maybe XD)

Rage POV

I looked up and Hollow's parents, Mia and Toby, were there.

"Hey Rage, how you holding up?" Mia was always like a second mother to me. Same with Toby, but as a second father figure. 

"Not so good. Hollow hasn't woken up yet and i'm not allowed to go to see him because i'm not family." I sighed. Mia gave me a hug.

"You may not be our family by blood Rage, but remember, you are always part of our family. I smiled and nodded. Toby gave me a hand up and we walked to reception.

Toby started to speak "We are looking for Hollow. What room is he in?" The nurse raised her eyebrows.

"What relations are you to him?" Mia spoke this time.

"We are his mother and father." The nurse nodded towards me. "And him?" 

"A close friend, now what room is he in?" She looked at the computer, then at me. At me? 

"Well his room number is 182 and YOU can have my number!" She winked at me and handed me her number. I looked at her fake-tan covered face and shivered. 

I reached out my hand, took the paper and screwed it up into the bin.

"No thanks Katie Price! Bye!" We walked off and Mia laughed.

"Well handled Rage. Now let's go see Hollow!" We reached the elevators and pressed the button for the 3rd floor. We found out there is 50 rooms per floor. (By the way, in the UK, we have the ground floor, then the first floor and so on. In America you just have numbered floors, so this is 4 floors, but we count the bottom floor as the ground floor.)

As soon as the doors opened, we walked along the empty, depressing and desolate hallway. 

We found room 182 and we walked in to see Hollow, pale and lifeless, lying on the bed. Mia ran up to him and kissed his temple. She was sobbing.

"My poor baby! My poor, poor baby! What did you ever do to deserve this?" She sat on the chair by the bed and Toby walked over to comfort his upset wife.

I walked over to the chart at the bottom of his bed...

Name; Hollow Evanz (lul)

Age; 23

Address; 19 Curaxu road

State; In coma, car crash, took brunt of hit, unstable, constant attention.

Doctor; Miss. Pringle

I looked away from the sheet, too scared to look any more. Suddenly the doctor walked in.

"Miss. Pringle?" I questioned. 

Mia looked confused "Do you know her Rage?" I shook my head.

"I kinda just looked at the sheet." I sighed and asked the doctor abuot Hollow.

"Well, he got hit very hard during the crash. We are doing all we can,however he is in a medical indused coma so his brain could process the pain. If we didn't, he would have died due to a heart attack. He should wake up i around 2 weeks."

Mia gasped. "2 weeks?" She looked down and started to cry.

"This is good news Mrs. Evanz, if he was severely injured, we would never be able to predict when he would wake up, even if he did." 

Mia nodded and walked out of the room. Toby followed. 

"I'll give you some alone time with Hollow." He left and I turned towards Hollow.

"Hollow, I don't know if you can hear me, but I love you Hollow. With my heart, my soul and everything that I have in me. I should never have said it was a mistake. I was scared. Not scared of you. Not scared of homosexuality, but of losing you. I was scared that you weren't gay and that you didn't love me. I would have lost a 17  year friendship due to it and I didn't want it to happen. I love you Hollow and I hope you realise that."

I breathed out and I looked down. I looked at his mersmerising eyes. I saw a tear fall from his soft hazel eyes. Wait. A tear?!?!?

I felt something squeeze my hand. I looked up and saw Hollow. He was awake! I took him into my arms.

"Hollow! You scared the living shit out of me. Don't you ever run into a car ever again!" I squeezed him tighter and he looked at me. With a croaky voice he explained,

"Water Rage. Please." I shook my head at myself and handed him the water. He gulped it down and smacked his lips. He turned towards me.

"Rage...I love you for as long as an infinity remains." We both leaned in. I finally closed the gap and smashed my lips into his.

The feeling. It was...indescribable. I reached to the back of his neck and pulled him close. We finally broke apart when we heard clapping. 

Clapping? We turned around to see Mia and Toby standing there.

"I knew this day would happen. I would not pick any man for my son other than Rage." Mia ran up to us and hugged us both, whilst Toby stood from a distance smiling. Finally he came into the hug.

"You are all my family. My gorgeous wife, my amazing son and of course, the one and only Rage." Toby laughed and we all shared a family hug. Things turned out for the good.
