Turns out that even by the next morning, the destruction hadn't been cleaned up yet. In City Z, this kind of damage would've been dealt with by the hero association by now. But there's no time for caring about that now. I gotta get to Lowee if I'll have any hope of finding a way home. I decided that I'll just jog there. I heard it was even further North so it'll get colder. I grabbed my sweater before jumping out the hotel window and beginning my jog. I just hope that this time, I'll find someone who can actually help me.
3rd Person View
The night before, Noire had looked over satellite footage and managed to get a fix on Sai's location. She already called the other CPU's to let them know and they quickly arrived at Lastation.
-"So where is slippery Sai?" Neptune asked.
-"We have a satellite that I requisitioned to keep tracking his exact location. All I have to do is access the system to find him." Noire said, getting on her computer.
-"So where did he move?" Blanc asked.
-"Hang on, still connecting to the satellite...there! Now I just re-sync the scanners..." Noire said, the system re-synchronizing.
-"So, we find Sai, follow him...and then what?" Neptune asked.
-"We let him know that if he's looking to steal our shares, he'll have to go through us first." Noire said.
The system finally re-synchronized and the satellite found Sai's coordinates.
-"It reads...Lowee?" Vert said, surprised.
-"Man, almost as if the author wanted him to go to all four nations before meeting us." Neptune said.
-"Huh?" Vert and Noire asked.
-"Ignore her! If that bastard is now trying to steal my shares, I'll bash his face in!!!" Blanc said, one eye glowing red.

-"Hang on, Blanc! He hasn't done anything to Lowee yet, right? I don't think you should be mad...yet. Besides, attacking him without him trying to steal shares from your nation seems a bit uncalled for, right?" Vert asked.
-"Grrr! Fine!" Blanc pulled out her phone. "Hey! It's me, deploy that security bot! The target is that guy who's been on the news killing monsters recently! He's in Lowee, do it now!" Blanc hung up.
-"Ummm...what was that Blanny?" Neptune asked.
-"Since Vert thinks I shouldn't attack without provocation, I'll just stage a little attack." Blanc said, annoyed.
-"Isn't that cheating a bit?" Noire asked.
-"Better this than an actual monster I guess...*sigh*. Oh, Blanc." Vert said.
That call that Blanc had made was to Mina, the Oracle of Lowee. She demanded that Lowee's newest security robot be sent out to fight Sai. It was a sort of staged fight for Blanc to have an excuse to fight Sai. The robot was powered up swiftly and shot out his cannon. The robot landed on the roof of a nearby building.
