Sai was on his way to what was called the "Basilicom" of the nation. It was basically the CPU's massive house which was combined with all military barracks, offered services and a quest management hub. Neptune's Basilicom in particular was a tower that was much larger at its base than its tip. The well-known Nep Tower was located at the nation's center.

As Sai tried to enter, he was blocked by two guards.
Sai P.O.V.
-"Halt. Name and reason for visit." Guard B said.
-"Uhh, Sai. I'm here to see the...what are they called again?" I wondered.
-"Oh! Sai?! Go on, Lady Neptune's waiting. Top floor." Guard A said.
I entered the building and was in what seemed to be a very open lobby. Staff and citizens alike were walking around looking busy. Even children were playing in here! Is this place really that liberal with who they let in? But then, why did the two guards stop me? Whatever, I should just get to the top floor. I entered the elevator and pressed the button labeled "PNT.H". Probably penthouse, right? After I pressed the button though, a device came out of the wall and scanned me.
-"What the?" I questioned.
-"Identity confirmed, welcome Sai." A deep robotic voice said.
A security measure? I guess they can't have just anyone go up to the leader's house, right? I looked out the glass of the elevator and saw the nation below...nice view at least. I finally arrived at the top floor and exited the elevator into a nice looking room. Better than my place anyway.

There was one thing that was off though...where was the girl I was supposed to meet? Pondering this, I suddenly had two hands cover my eyes from behind.
-"Guess who?" I heard a girl say.
-"I don't know your name yet..." I said, not being able to guess.
She removed her hands and I turned to see a girl who was a bit shorter than I was. This was that Goddess I met yesterday...just in her normal form I guess.
