The morning after I paid back my debt to Planeptune, I headed to Lastation to do the same. It was part of the agreement between the CPU's and I. They let me live here for free, I collect shares for them. I still don't quite understand what shares actually are but it doesn't matter. Lastation was filled to the brim with factories and power plants. Doesn't seem like the best place to live but I guess engineers get some mad dosh off this kind of work. I finally arrived at the center of the nation, where the Basilicom was located.

I stepped inside without any guards stopping me this time. Similar to Planeptune's Basilicom, staff and citizens were busily rushing around the lobby. I didn't see any children this time though. I ignored that and entered the elevator. Just like before, I pressed PNTH and it scanned me before starting to move.
...
At least the elevator music was nice. It stopped abruptly and the doors opened. I stepped into what seemed more like a second lobby rather than a living space. I approached the receptionist.
-"Name please." she said, not even looking up.
-"Sai." I said.
-"Ah yes, she's waiting for you. Head on in."
I walked through the double doors which only lead to what looked like a supersized office. Suddenly, a sharp high-pitched voice calls out from the balcony to my right.
-"Hey!" The voice yelled.
-"Hm?" I turned to face the source.
I saw a short, black-haired girl leaning against the exit door to the balcony. She seemed kind of annoyed...probably because of me.

-"Who are you? Why are you here? Tell me!" she asked impatiently.
-"Uh...I'm Sai. And you?" I said.
-"None of your business! Now leave, this is my sister's private area!" she yelled.
-"Huh? But I-"
-"No excuses you pervert! Leave!"
...'I have to meet the one named Noire', is what I wanted to tell her but she just cut me off every time. While she was ordering me to leave, another voice pitched in suddenly.
