Paul popped in a show he rented out from the library. He was laying on the couch with Iris next to him.

There was a box of pizza out in the open on the table in front of them. There were only two slices left, but the two had enough of the grease-filled food.

Iris was patting her stomach as they mindlessly watched Criminal Minds. "Is it wrong that I still want more food?" she asked as she stared at the television.

Paul rolled his head to the side to look at her. "No, I kind of want more food too."

Iris turned to look at him. "Should we make something? You have a decent amount of items in your fridge."

Paul thought about it. "What about the diner? It's open 24/7."

"You're too lazy to cook," she said.

"I am too lazy to cook," he confirmed.

Iris grinned. "I'm driving."

Paul shook his head. "It's my car, so I'm driving."

Iris pouted. "But I wanna drive."

"No, absolutely not. If you let me drive, I'll pay for your meal."

Iris thought about it. "But I eat a lot. I should pay for myself."

"Nope, don't even think about it."

An hour later, the two were sitting at the dinner. They had two empty plates in front of them and still had one plate of food.

"No way! Your first was in the school bathroom?" Iris asked, eagerly leaning forward.

Paul nodded and laughed. "It was horrible! The bathroom smelled like shit and the sinks were so dirty!"

Iris snorted as she ate another fry. "You could have picked a better spot."

"I don't control my hormones!"

Iris raised her hands slightly. "I was just saying."

"What about you? What was your first time like?" Paul asked quietly. "Or are you a - "

"I'm not a virgin, Paul."

"Oh."

Iris chuckled, a smile playing on her lips as she sipped her milkshake. "I'm physically 19-years-old. When I went to prom with my boyfriend, we had sex at this fancy hotel afterwards."

Paul nodded. "Right, right."

"Don't be jealous, Paul. I'm sure we'll have plenty of chances together," Iris replied, sending him a sly grin.

Paul's eyes widened. "I'm sure I'll be prepared."
