Anne woke up with the sound of knocking at the door who could that be? She thought. Marilla opened the door "Ah hello Diana" She said with a smile and let her in Anne got dressed and did her hair as fast as she could.
She ran down the stairs and grabbed her books "Sorry Diana I'm ready now!" Anne said with an out of breath laugh. And they headed out the door to school Anne was very nervous about going back and she hoped she hadn't forgot anything even though she had studied a lot.
They arrived at school "Excited?" Said Diana opening the school door "Well let's just see what this year holds.." Anne walked through the door and the first person she saw was Gilbert staring at her she looked away quickly and went to join the excited girls.
- THE NEXT DAY -
Anne woke up and did her usual morning routine and went to school with Diana but at break Josie Pye told everyone that they were doing a spin the bottle. Anne wasn't too keen on that but all the girls told her she had to do it all the boys and Girls were there including Gilbert which made Anne feel even more uncomfortable as she hated him.
The bottle was passed around and people had there turn it hasn't landed on Anne or Gilbert yet (including some other people) It got to Anne and she anxiously spinned it and guess who it landed on yes Gilbert Blythe..
