I stared at Mingyu's face dumbfounded. He was grinning right in front of me like the words he just said was normal thing to say.

KyAAAAAHHHH!!!! OTTOKE?! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME!? I'VE BEEN A GOOD CHILD, WHY ARE PROBLEMS KEEP ON SHOWING UP ONE BY ONE?

I shook my head and looked at him. "Y-Yah.. you are just kidding, right?"

"Do I look like someone who would joke something that serious?" He asked with a smirk.

I felt my face burning up while my lips were slightly apart. I immediately look down. "A-Ani.. It's just that-"

"I like you." He bluntly said again.

I have to reject him! I don't wanna give him false hope. It's bad.

I gripped on the hem of my dress while looking down. I nodded slowly. "A-About that.."

"As a friend."

I looked up quickly while my eyes are wide. "Huh?"

"I like you as a friend." He stated while ruffling my hair, grinning widely. "Wae? You expect me to like you in a different level?" He joked.

I held on my chest and dramatically exhaled, eyes are shut. "That's great to hear!" I smiled as I look at him. "That will be a problem if you like me in a different level though."

"A problem?" I saw his brow arched. "Wae?"

I sipped on my cup before answering him. "I'm in a relationship."

"A fake one." He added.

"Fake or not, I am still committed though." I pouted as I shyly look at his eyes. "And I only see you as a guy friend. My very first guy friend that I can be open with my problems."

He blinked his eyes while his lips are apart, staring at me blankly. I waved my hand in front of him.

"Mingyu-yah?" I snapped my fingers and he had gathered his senses again. "Gwenchana?"

He stared at me for a while before smiling a bit and nodding slowly. "Oh, mian. I spaced out again."

"Are you alright?" I took a slice of cake and eat it.

He just laughed and pat my head again. "Neh." He fed a cookie on me that I didn't even hesitate on eating. "For smol girl, you sure eat a lot."

My forehead knotted and jokingly slam the table. Good thing there are only 2 costumers aside from us or we'll be screwed.

"Yah!" I pouted. "I'm not small, okay? I mean.. well, compared to my members, I am the smallest yes but I'll be the tallest in other girl groups."

He just shrugged. "You have a point but compared to me, you are a midget." He chuckled. "End of argument."

I rolled my eyes but laughed afterwards. He is right. He is super tall I can't reach the top of his head.

"Yah Kim Mingyu! Watch out! I'll be really tall that I can finally flip your forehead." I smirked. "And I'll be super sexy that will make you drool."

"When will that time come? In the next lifetime? Oh, come on." He took another cookie and fed it to me. "Maybe you are just hungry. Eat up."

I chuckled as I eat the cookie.
