"THE DEVIL IN DISGUISE"
FREYJA HAD KNOWN THAT Brandon would track her down eventually, but her bet wasn't that soon. She thought she'd have more time to create a life for herself before he came knocking down her doorstep. Christina looked at her cousin's frozen frame before looking at the blue eyed boy with brown curls. Her eyes were just about to buldge out of her skull, and her body tensed with fear. Brandon Teller was quite literally the devil's spawn, and she truly wanted nothing to do with him, but she also feared him too greatly to turn away. "Frey," His voice came out charming. The same voice she'd fallen in love with so long ago.
"Brandon," She spoke breathlessly. She felt as though she'd just ran a marathon. "What are you doing here?"
"I came to see my girlfriend," She pushed himself off of his truck before coming to her and wrapping his arms around her. She felt the coward that lived inside of her flutter at his touch, but the smarter version was repulsed. He kissed her neck before leaning away.
"Ex," She sputtered out almost immediatly regretting it by the change of shade in his eyes. "We haven't seen each other in months, Brandon."
"I missed you," He said his voice coming out in a growl. He looked toward Christina with his signature smile. "And who might you be, darlin'." She blushed at his southern accent that seemed to make any girls heart flutter.
"My cousin," Freyja hissed. To any right mind, she'd sounded like the jealous girlfriend, but she was attempting to protect her cousin from the man with the charming smile and manipulative words. Christina took a step closer to the two.
"Who's this?" Christina asked obviously entranced the same way that Freyja once was. She also knew that the only way to stop the entrancement was to stop her from getting any closer to Brandon. Freyja stepped in front of her with a slight frown edging her face.
"My ex," She said. "Brandon." She turned to the boy. "I'll see you at home, Chris, I'm going to go catch up with him." Brandon smirked before pulling her in and placing his lips against hers. In the corner of her eye she watched Roman's curious eyes falter leaving her with nothing but regret.

Brandon grabbed Freyja's hand drawing it to his mouth before putting his lips against it gently. "You didn't tell me you were leaving," He said. She gulped as she watched the passing images. She had no idea where they were going, but she didn't think it mattered. She just didn't want him around the people that she was beginning to love. Their connection had vanished and every moment that he touched her she was drowned in the cold. The image of his own ex playing behind them. She was shivering and cold as she cried out for him to stop, stop hurting her Freyja had always assumed. She wanted to rip away from his disgusting touch, but she knew that was the worst thing that she could do.
