I entered the classroom with my books hugging my chest, the first thing I noticed was your face staring at me as I sat at my desk. You sat directly in front of me rather than your usual seat.

You soon turned away to the conversation going on as I recognised one of your friends, Jin, talking to you, laughing loudly at some sort of joke you didn't seem to find funny.

As much as I wanted to ask you why you suddenly moved seats and looked at me for the first time in school, I didn't. I just admired your back as you slunched in your chair, clearly not interested in Jin's rambling.

There was something different about you that day, I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
