The warlock woke up late the next morning, sitting up he stretched with a yawn, only as he placed his hand down did he look down feeling a wet spot. Raising an eyebrow as it looked like blood, why would there be blood on this side of the bed, if it was lower on the bed it would make sense but still. Salem looked at his wife wondering if she'd had a horrible bloody nose maybe, only to groan seeing her condition. "Vina you didn't... For fucks sake woman.. Why am I not surprised by her acts anymore... Happy day.." He rolled his Azure colored eyes and got out of bed, getting dressed before going back to his wife's side of the bed. "You are so lucky I love you enough to put up with your childish acts." The navy haired warlock carefully removed the woman's bloodied clothing and her boots, able to see all the damage she'd taken, seeing that her left arm was bruised like it was broken.

"Oh Vina..." As much as he hated when she pulled moves like this, it still broke his heart seeing the woman so wounded. Though he was surprised that out of all the bruises none were around her stomach, wondering what that was about in a way, but was also relieved. Salem carefully picked up the nude witch and made his way into the bathroom that was attached to their room, gently setting Corvina in the tub and placed a thick folded up towel behind her head. Turning on the faucets, mixing hot water with a bit of cold making sure it wasn't too hot. After the tub filled about the quarters of the way he turned off the water, taking a wash cloth from the railing and a bit of soap. Taking time to make sure his wife was all cleaned up, washing the blood off her face very carefully, not knowing if she'd broken her nose at all either. After draining the blue tinted water, Salem took the time to look over her injuries again, with her cleaned up it would he easier to see. Grabbing a towel soft he wrapped her up tightly, making his way back to her side of the bed and set her down carefully. Bringing over a chair and wound cleaning potions Corvina had made a while ago, using a clean cloth to dab each open cut or scratch.

Covering the witch up with a clean blanket and waited for her to wake up, if he'd called Alexandria in to heal her immediately he knew Corvina wouldn't learn if she'd woken up in no pain. Even if Salem hated doing this it was the only way in his mind she'd get the message, if not then he'd make sure her arm and bruises healed on their own. Taking the black haired witches right hand in his own, he was reminded of every time she was ill or the last time she was in labor with their daughter, besides Alexandria being born those were times he didn't like to remember. The hours passed by and Salem had yet to move from his spot, even when Sullivan came to remind him about breakfast, he'd only asked the elder man to bring food for Corvina as she wasn't feeling well. The last thing he wanted was to eat anyway, worry taking hold of his mind.

Hearing his wife yawn he opened his eyes again, feeling her squeeze his hand as she turned her head to look at him. "Why are you sleeping over there? You rarely do that, did I miss something?" Corvina asked a bit of worry in her voice, which made him wonder what she thought was going on, did she hit her head during that fight and she didn't remember? He thought it was obvious why he wasn't in bed, but maybe it wasn't. "I just took a nap waiting for you to wake up, after waking up with your blood on my pillow I think I have a right to sleep on my chair. But seriously Vina what were you thinking? I specifically told you not to go back there, you have a baby forming, was that the last thing on your mind or something?" He stood up, looking down at the woman, taking his hand back and placed it in his pocket.

"I completely understand how you hate that woman, but if anything you should have taken me with you. If it even came down to a fight, I don't know what Reign will do when he finds out what happened to his wife. The man maybe the most laid back warlock ever, but you know he is over protective when Jinx gets herself into crazy situations. If it was on her grounds we can not fight that, if she had come over here and did this to you, I would be all over getting her to pay for hurting you like this." Running his free hand through his hair he sat down again, giving a sigh. " I really do not know what to do with you on this, yes I am happy you're back and alive.. But still that is not the point, I do not want you to suffer with this pain you must be in.. Yet I know if you do not you will not learn to do crazy shit like this."
