i froze.
No. not hayden.
not the man i'm still in love with.
he left me.
he doesn't love me.

i hung up. no no no..
i have to keep myself distracted. hayden is not going near me anymore. he's hurt my children and i enough.
the kids were at school so i decided to watch some tv and just chill with my pajamas on. no work today so, everything was cancelled. no work, no chores.
hayden's pov- i hop on the plane to LA.
(AN- i hopped off the plane at LAX w a dream and my cardigan)

-4 hours later-
Carson picks me up at the airport.
"Carson!!" "Hayden!!"
we bro hug.
"i missed you man." "i missed you too.. how's annie?" "she's.. different." "good or bad?" "both." "wow." "her kids are amazing though. so sweet." "her kids?" "sorry. i meant your kids." *clears throat* "anyways let's go home. i'm tired"
we were on our way to the apartment when i see a girl who was about 5'5 walking her dog. she looked familiar.
Kenzie!
"Kenz!!" i yelled out the window. carson stopped the car.
for some reason, she ignored me.
"kenz? what's up!"
still didn't say a word.
she started laughing.
"bye hayden." she said.
what? i'm so confused.
the dog was cute though.
