I burst into tears, and fall onto the ground.
My whole world spinning, crashing down.
My head, about to explode.
My heart shattering to pieces.
My mum, my last family member left, Gone
What will happen to me.
Crying.
Jay tries to comfort me. He gives me some water and sits me down to the couch.
His arms around me, a shoulder to cry on.
Jay hugging me, wrapping his arms around me as he said the words "I'm so sorry for your loss, just know na kahit wala na ang mama mo, at wala na din ang tatay mo. Nandito parin ako, di ako mawawala sayo. Tayong dalawa hanggang dulo, promise yan."
Those words and his warmth and protection blocking the sadness.
From that moment I knew, that it was only me and him.
