Matpat plopped himself down on the table and rested his head on his backpack. He closed his eyes and began to snore.
"Did he just- ?" Signe said. Ethan flicked Matpat's forehead, and he sprung up.
"Ow! Why'd you do that for?!"
"You were asleep. How else was I supposed to wake you up?"
"Uh, I don't know maybe shake me, say 'wake up'!!"
"Where's the fun in that?"
"Aren't you like against sleeping during school?" Mark said, trading his grapes for Signe's milk carton.
"I am.." Matpat yawned. "I was just up all night yesterday working on my homework and choosing roles for everyone. Luckily, Steph came by in the morning to help fix my face which looked like an absolute disaster. She called me a zombie. Anways, they're gonna be posted after school, you guys."
Jack flicked a piece of paper through the football goal Mark made with his hands. "Huh?" He said.
"The roles for Heaths, after school," Matpat repeated. Mark took this opportunity of Jack's face turned to Matpat to flick a raisin at his cheek.
"Why you!" Jack tackled Mark to the ground, and the two idiots fondled with each other like 12 year olds.

-"Oh sick! I'm Marty Dunnstock. I'm going to be Matt's best friend," Jack said. Once they knew their roles, Mark, Jack, and Felix left the big crowd of people and retreated to their seats.
"How do you know Matt is Vernon?" Felix asked.
"Its the biggest part, of course he's giving himself that role," Mark said. "It's good that no one else here really cares for getting the biggest part as much as he does," Mark continued.
"I'm one of the Heaths" Felix told Jack.
"I'm a Heath, too," Mark said timidly.
"Which Heath are you Mark?" Jack asked.
"I'm Heath Chandler. I would assume it's because of my amazing singing abilities," Mark smiled with pride.
"Of course. It's totally not 'cuz you two share the same ego or anything like that," Jack joked. "And you? Which Heath are you?"
Felix looked away from his nails. "What? I wasn't listening."
"What's your role?"
"I'm Heath Duke," Felix answered.
"Oh, so both my boys are King Bees, sweet," Jack said.
"You make it seem like we're your sons or something." Mark said.
"Yeah, and I'm not ready for you to be my daddy," Felix said which caused wide eyes from Mark but laughter from Jack. An idea popped into Felix's mind and he smiled. "Jack, I've never been in a play before, so I don't have any experience with this type of thing. Are you free after school?" Mark's body tensed up and he could feel his heart start to speed up.
Oh no, he's gonna ask Jack to hang out. Wait- 'Oh no'? Why am I stressing out about this? They're just hanging out.
"Yeah, I'm free why?" Jack smiled at Felix, already knowing his question.
"Wanna help me rehearse my lines and stuff at my house?"
"Sure."

-Jack was laying on Felix's bed. "God your bed is so soft. How do you get out of it in the morning?"
"I have things that motivate me to get out of bed."
