Lets start off with the Manga.
1) I do not like how they changed characters name to a different spelling. Blaine-> Brain
2) I didn't like little hints of Lucy and Natsu. Sorry not a big fan of that.
3) I didn't like Wendy's cat. I forgot her name. She's too..Sassy.
4) In the Anime. I dooont like how they change stuff from the Manga.
5.)Also in both mostly all boys are perverted.
What i do like!
6)I like the action of the battles!
7)but the thing is that at the most random times its hilarious.
8)its actually nice to see those heart-warming scenes
9)What I actually love about it is the magical powers they have. Dragon slayers,Celestial(?) Mages,Card holder,and more!
10) Overall I love Fairytail because of the plot and story
