Third Person's View
"Hey, Jaerin," Yuqi smiled at her and said, sitting down next to her in class.
"Hi," Jaerin replied.
At that moment, the teacher, Ms Oh, walked into the classroom. "Okay, students. Today, we're going to be switching the seating arrangements since I've noticed that in the past few weeks, a lot of you have not been paying full attention to class. And also because we have a new student."
"Jaerin, please move to the back and extreme right of the classroom where the door is. I know you're really good in your studies and you pay attention in class unlike your classmates, so you're free to sit there. Yuqi, sit next to her please," Jaerin got off from her seat and went to the assigned seat.
"Okay, Ms Oh," Yuqi replied and took a seat next to Jaerin.

Jaerin walked out of the classroom, next to Yuqi. They were smiling and chatting while walking to the lockers. Jaerin felt closer towards Yuqi and Yuqi felt the same, glad to know Jaerin better.
"So I'm gonna head to my locker. See you at lunch!" Yuqi shouted as she walked in the direction of her locker.
Jaerin walked to her locker. She had perfectly adjusted to the new school and she was making new friends too, six friends to be exact, but she felt closer to the one who was her age and understood her.
"Hey, Jaerin. This is for you, from Eunbin," a guy said and passed her an envelope with a ribbon tied around it.
"Thanks," she thanked him and accepted the envelope.
She opened it and inside was a letter, and a wrapped package. "What is this?" She asked herself, looking at the items.
She opened the note and read it out loud but not audible for others to hear. "To, Jaerin. The things inside the package are for you to take good care of yourself. I also will be sending you thermal flasks of hot seaweed soup since i heard that you really like those. Take care."

Jaerin heard the doorbell ring and she groaned, rolling her eyes. She was too lazy and didn't want to open the door, but she knew that she had to be polite, so she walked down the stairs and headed to the door. It didn't really matter anyway, no one was home.
"One second!" Jaerin shouted as she was heading towards the door.
She then unlocked the door and opened it, to reveal a smiling Hyungseob.
"Ahn Hyungseob? What are you doing here?" Jaerin asked.
"To visit you, duh!" He said, still maintaining the smile on his face.
"Why?" She asked him.
"Cuz I missed you?" He replied.
"Damn, that's cringey."
"Sheesh, was i not your first best friend, that met you in kindergarten?" He asked sarcastically.
"No, you weren't."
The smile on his face faded and he looked towards the floor.
Jaerin smiled and said, "you're my bestest friend! Even if it isn't a word."
"And you're my bestest friend too!" He looked up and smiled.
"Hey! That's my word! I made it! Don't use it or i'll have to copyright strike you!" She said teasingly with a grin plastered on her face.
"I'm sure many people have used that word before you, so you can't copyright strike me. Anyways, can i come in?" Hyungseob asked.
"Sure, no one's home anyways," Jaerin said, opening the door wide enough for him to come in.
"Wow, you sure have a big ass home. Since when have you been filthy rich?" He asked her, still gazing at the inside of the house.
"Please, if I were filthy rich, I would have spent all my money on gadgets for hacking, not this big ass house," she said with sarcasm in her tone.
"Yeah, that's true."
"Anyways, wanna help me hack? I'm bored," she asked.
"Sure, i've never hacked so it'll be fun."
"Sure, buddy."
~•~
"Okay, so. What exactly are we hacking?" He asked her.
"A site, well to be specific, a gang's site," she said.
"Wow that sounds cool, you sure you know how to hack it? I don't want people showing up at your house because you hacked it."
"Don't worry, there's no location tracker installed yet, we won't get in trouble," Jaerin said, typing on the computer.
"Are you gonna come back to Seoul?" Hyungseob asked out of nowhere.
"Yeah, i think i will," she said, her eyes still fixated on the computer screen.
Hyungseob shut her computer, annoyed. "I'm your bestest friend, remember? You should listen."
"But i am listening," she reasoned, removing his hands from her computer.
"When are you coming back?" He asked.
"October."
"October?! It's only end April right now!" Hyungseob sighed.
~•~
Hyungseob waved a farewell to Jaerin and left her house.
"Five more months," Jaerin whispered. "Just five more months and i'll be back Seoul."
