After Yerin and Daehwi finished their breakfast, I washed their plates as they went to pack their bags. "Are you guys done packing?"
"Yeah yeah," they said in unison as they both walked out of their rooms.
"Good, let's go then," I said, holding my keys, standing at the door.
They walked towards me and we left the house.

Once we reached the school building, I put on my black headphones and walked towards my locker, with Yerin next to me and Daehwi walking to his.
"Jaerin!" Yerin pulled the headphones off of my head. "Hmm?" I asked. "Hear that sound?" She asked me.
The clanking of heels could definitely be heard. "Mina!" We shouted in unison.
"Hey Jaerin. Glad I managed to find you here," the obnoxious voice was heard.
"What do you want, Kang Mina?" I asked the girl with a sarcastic tone.
"Nothing, I'm just here to invite you, and your friend, to come to the start of the year school party!" She said, with obvious fakeness in her voice.
"No thanks. I'd rather not go to party where there'll be snakes at," I said.
She scowled and continued persuading me. "Well, the boys you do know don't mind the snakes. I would ask them myself, but you know what? They'd be not focusing on my main question because of my beauty," she said, flipping her hair.
I laughed at her self-confidence. "Don't be such a self-centred person, Kang Mina. What makes you think they'll be admiring your 'beauty'?" I asked, with air-quotation marks for the word 'beauty'.
"But I doubt they'd go for you, it's a school party so I think they'd just go to have fun. But, good luck persuading them to be your date. I know that's what you want," I said, before taking my books out of my locker and shutting it tight, walking away.
"Yah! Lee Jaerin! I'm not done with you! This isn't the last of me!" I heard her shouting.
I walked to the rooftop and closed the door, sitting down at the side. I leaned on the wall and put on my headphones.
