Chapter 7: TURN DOWN FOR WHAT

*about a month later*

Layla POV

So me and Ray are about to get ready for Yn's birthday. Yea she is turning 18. My baby girl is growing up lol. See even though we are twins we were born on different days. She was born on October 31 at 11:58pm and i was born on November 1 at 12:04 am. But anyway for Yn's birthday first Ray is taking her out to a very fancy elegant restaurant called LeFranci Pierre (made up). Then he is gonna take her home and give her the outfit he bought and bring her to the mansion we rented out for her surprise party. Then after the party which should end at about 10 we gonna have a little cookout and pool party. Then at 12 everyone is gonna go to this Laser tag place to celebrate me and Yn birthday. And THEN Ray and Prince wanna take me and Yn on a double date to the all night indoor carnival. I cant wait because tonight we gonna turn up. Now everybody is decorating the mansion for the party tonight. Its about 5 right now and Ray is about to take Yn to the restaurant. TURN DOWN FOR WHAT!!!!! And just in case you're wondering Yn and Ray arent a "thing" they are just very close friends 'wink wink' if you know what i mean.

Yn POV

IM 18!!! TURN UP AYEE!!! So Ray is taking me somewhere tonight. I guess its fancy because he told me to where something elegant and sexy. I took a shower and did my makeup. I put on foundation and did a smokey eye. I added eyeliner, mascara, and bold red lipstick. I straightened my hair and dyed the tips blonde and left the rest dark brown. I put on my Calvin Klein black fitted dress that stopped at my mid-thigh. It was long sleeve so it looked very elegant. I put on my black red bottom pumps and silver earrings and a silver necklace. I grabbed my purse and phone and walked downstairs. I saw Ray and he was sitting on the couch in his suit and tie. He turns around and instantly his eyes get big and his mouth drops.

"Now don't you look handsome" i say

"OH MY FREAKING GOSH GO CHANGE NOW" he yells kinda startling me.

"Why?? Do i look ugly??" I ask in a worried and scared tone

"Noooo you look hella sexy but i don't want any niggas looking at you while you with me" he says, "Now go change Yn" he says.

"Boy come on lets go wherever you wanna take me before i get to lazy and not go" i say

"Ok ok lets go ma but you are sitting in the car when we get there" he says

"Yea yea yea whateva whateva" i say. We both laugh and get in the car. It was about a good 20 minute drive until we arrive at the beautiful restaurant/mansion look place. He gets out the car and walks over to open my door. He helps me out and grabs mu hand. We walk in and then a waiter lady stops us.

"Im sorry but this restaurant has been reserved for a young man and his date" she says

"Well um im Rayan Lopez Nd this is my lovely date and i believe we have a reservation for two" Ray says

"Oh im so sorry sir right this way" she says and walks us through these doors into a beautiful ballroom with a chandelier and a table right under it. It had two seats, roses in a vase, a candle, and two wine glasses. I gasp and as Ray pulls my chair out. I sit down and then he sits down across from me.

"Beautiful huh" i say

"Yea you are very beautiful now what do you think of the building" Ray says. I playfully roll my eyes. He then mumbles," conceited much wow what a handful!" I laugh and playfully hit his arm.

"Well thank you for coming to LaFranci Pierre and what can i get yall to drink" she says starring Ray down mad hard

"Um water with lemon" i say

"I need me some wine um can you bring me some moscato" Ray says

"Anything for you" she says and winks at him and walks away
