A/N: Once again I would like to apologize for the delay in updates -- inspiration has been slow in coming. But I also managed to update Resonance today as well, so if a super gay highschool AU appeals to you, feel free to check that one out also!

And thank you so much my dear readers for your continued support, votes and comments. They really do mean a lot! :) Hope you enjoy this next part.

Lynn is even more fascinating in person than how she's presented online, on her own social media or otherwise. She's also a lot softer and more introverted as well, and constantly seeking to turn the conversation away from herself and onto you. Normally you hate talking about yourself, but the way she leans in, the way her thumb keeps brushing across the back of your hand, the way her eyes sparkle as she gazes at you - it makes you feel like you're the most interesting person in the world.

Which is fucking crazy, because you're talking to Lynn Gunn.

"Seriously! My life's not that interesting," you protest, attempting to gesture with your free hand - because you haven't let go of Lynn's hand ever since the two of sat down once more after loading up your plates at the breakfast buffet. Gesturing proves difficult though, as you're holding your fork, still trying to eat the rest of your breakfast. The resulting motion sends a bit of your omelet flying to the floor. "Shit," you blush furiously, dropping your fork in sheer panicked embarrassment. But even though Lynn is giggling at you, you can't help but mutter weakly, "See, I'm a fucking uninteresting mess."

"Well," Lynn says, reaching for her phone, "I happen to think you're an amazingly interesting mess. So it seems we're in need of a tiebreaker."

"Tiebreaker?" you ask, managing to recover slightly, nodding your thanks to one of the crew janitors as they swoop in to clean up the minor mess.

"Yeah!" Lynn grins conspiratorially, and the sass playing around the corner of her lips is almost too much for you to handle. But Lynn squeezes your hand to ground you, and her face softens. "I'd like to introduce you to the boys, if that's okay?"

"The boys?" you ask, a little nervously, "Brian and Alex, you mean?"

She nods, and squeezes your hand again. "Only if you want," she says.

"I do," you say quickly, realizing a split second after that it's true. "But you've only just met me..."

"We can wait 'till later - I don't think they were expecting me to call on this trip anyway," Lynn explains.

You feel something like resolve straighten your shoulders and you meet Lynn's gaze with that strength. "Call them," you nod at her.
